“Great place. Keep going back highly recommend”

This hotel is great. Not only is it in a great location only a couple blocks from West Ed Mall it is easy to find. The hotel staff are always friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is clean. The free continental breakfast which features hot food as well, is a bonus when traveling to keep expenses down. There is a great restaurant in the next lot too. We have stayed here several times and will definitely return.

“Great hotel!”

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff were freindly and helpful, the decor was modern, rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/hot-tub were wonderful. The only thing that was disappointing was there were no eggs at breakfast, even though there was bacon...That said, I would definitely return.

Good neighborhood if you want to do the West Edmonton Mall.

“Would do that again”

I decided to take my wife out for her birthday, you know, away from the kids, responsibilities, house cleaning, etc. SHE was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort this hotel provided. It was a wonderful weekend time to reconnect, oh yeah, the hot tub and breakfast was excellent also.

“Great family hotel”

This was the perfect hotel for our family. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room, which gave plenty of space for our playpen and the toys my preschoolers brought. The front desk staff was friendly and easy-going, and the pool area was clean. There is a Wal-Mart 300 meters away, which was perfect because we were able to quickly walk over and pick up a few forgotten items. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations.

went to edmonton for west edmonton mall hotel is great location to mall and close to freeways to rest of city

“Friendly Hotel - Good Breakfast”

“washroom needs improvement”

staff excellent washroom cleanliness not as expected for a hampton rest of room great as expected will continue staying at hamptons

“Excellent hotel!! Very impressed!!”

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean. It was so nice having the pool open until midnight. My only (very small) complaint would be that the pool was a little too chilly for me. My kids didn't seem to mind though! We were also very impressed with the continental breakfast. Excellent food and the staff kept it very clean and well stocked up. Such a great experience overall! I would definitely recommend the Hampton to friends!

“Pleasant”

The hotel was adequate and the staff were very pleasant. It is a little awkward to get to West Ed mall but was good for the price
