“This was a great Place to stay!”

This is the best place to stay. We had our two children with us so when we were tired at the mall or had too many bags, we simply walked back for a rest...This room was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in, and I am super picky! We did have to phone the front desk our 2nd night bcs our neighbors were noisy...not partying, just noisy; within 4 minutes security was at their door and we had a peaceful, comfortable sleep. a+++++

“Nice Place To Stay”

There is no swimming pool or hot tub only the water park. The price is kind of high for what you get.

Actually it was much more than I expected. We were upgraded to a theme room at no addition al charge. My children were so suprised and loved the experience. If you have young children and are visiting Edmonton you must stay at Fantasy Land Hotel the smiles and giggles are worth it.

I checked really early and I think I got an up-graded room not the basic I paid for . The room was not a feature room but is was one of nicest I have stayed in this year . The only problem I had was finding a place to eat as the Cafe Europa was too expensive and the food court fare was fast food

“Nice hotel but a bit old”

The hotel is very good, and the service was great. The only complaint I have is the room is a bit old, especially the bathroom fixtures. However it is still a very good hotel, I would recommend it to others.

“Very friendly/professional front desk staff”

The hotel is in very good condition. The room is very clean and the housekeepers are very friendly. We stayed there for 3 nights. One morning, the housekeeper came in our room when we were leaving, she heard my son was upset about missing one of his lego piece. She said she would try to look for it when cleaning. When we return to the room later afternoon, she left that tiny lego piece with her note on the desk - that's excellent service!
