“lovely hotel, an oasis in edmonton... july 2007”

would highly recommend it, loved the rooms, beautiful beds, we felt safe for our kids there, i liked the fact there wasn't a lot of traffic, yet so near W.E.M.; nice they had complimentary shuttle to same, no hassle with having to drive; the food/buffet was excellent, the decor was fantasticbeautiful, the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again, in a heartbeat!

Beautiful new hotel, everthing even smells new. Lots of parking, only 5 min's to W Ed Mall. Very good cardio machines in fitness room with individual TV's on each machine. Unfortunately no universal gym weight machine. Pool is good too, almost big enough to swim lenghts. On site casino. Tip: you can get a fridge for your room if you ask in advance (good for saving $ on breakfasts). Otherwise a Safeway is just across the road. A great place to stay while in Edmonton, assuming you don't need to be downtown.

This hotel is a beautiful one. Everything are in excellent condition. The beds are comfortable.

Everything at the Edmonton Marriott at River Cree Resort was great. The staff was extremely helpfull and cheerful. It's a relatively new hotel so everything is in top shape. The rooms were very very clean and modern looking. We really approciated the free shuttle from the hotel to the West Edmonton Mall every 30 minutes. If we ever go back to Edmonton, we would definately stay at the Marriott, no questions asked.

“Awesome hotel and great deal”

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Great new hotel. Pro: -clean rooms/spacious/and oh my god the bedding was so nice -friendly and helpful staff -nice restaurants (albeit, a bit on the expensive side) -cool casino -they have a Starbucks in the hotel Cons: -no minibar (although, this wasn't much of a problem) -pool was a little small for a hotel this grand -Since it's a bit new, it's a little hard to find on the GPS or map, but call the hotel for directions and you'll find it no problem. Overall: I highly recommend this hotel. Great place for the entire family. Made our stay in Edmonton was comfortable, and fun.

“out of city but very comfortable and convenient”

This hotel is on the far west end of Edmonton. It is very close to the West Edmonton Mall though. On one side it has great views of the city in the distance (we also see WEM). The hotel is perfectly maintained and the rooms are brand new, with LCD screen, great bedding, huge nice window bays, high ceiling. If you like to gamble the casino is part of the same complex. Restaurants and Buffets on site as well. Plenty of parking place (self). This is absolutely great value. Get a 4 stars, drive a little more and keep more money in your pocket in the process.

“Loved it!”

We went in mid April for a couple's getaway. The hotel was perfect. We had everything there without having to leave. Everything was kept so clean. The fitness room even had cold towels for after your workout with complementary earphones and fruit! The bed in our room as the most comfortable bed we've ever had for a hotel. Loved going to the casino. We had no problem with the shuttle from the airport ($15.00 per person) and loved the shuttle to West Edmonton Mall. It runs every half hour and it's there to pick you up right until about 1:00 am in the morning. Great drivers too! Everything was made so easy and the staff was so friendly. Definately recommend this hotel, and yes it is off the main streets but the hotel compensates for their location in abundance. Would definately recommend this place!

“Las Vages style hotel in Edmonton”

I usually travel to Edmonton once a year. I have tried many hotels and I can only say that this is the nicest hotel in Edmonton I have ever lived.
