We initially chose this property because our vehicle is large and this hotel has outdoor parking...which worked out great! (underground parking garages are difficult for our vehicle.) The front desk staff were so courteous and welcoming. Housekeepers were cheerful. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. We stayed here and walked to the ice district for a hockey game. Did not realize we would get a complimentary full breakfast (hot and cold items) in the morning. Thank you very much. Will stay here again and will recommend to friends.

I understand older buildings and can appreciate them. However this hotel looks like they hired a friends kid to do renovations and gave them a $100 budget. Beds are not comfortable and the pool water was murky and disgusting. Staff is friendly for the most part

The jets never worked in our hot tub and the tub was very dirty when we filled it up and , had a party above our room till 3:30am. Called to complain but no actions were provided

The room smelled of stale cigarettes, room was hot, pool has an asylum feel to it, looked dirty and we chose not to swim at all. Staff was pleasant, but I’m pretty sure they know the place is haunted! Kept expecting BabaYaga to jump out of the bathroom mirror.

The shower handle was so brittle when I turned on the water pieces fell off, no face cloths, also charged fir parking when the area was not secure or underground. Staff let homeless stay in front of their building harassing people. Won’t be staying there again

Didn’t seem to be in best area came into the lobby to buckets catching water from the ceiling… when person upstairs showered water dripped down into my tub… needs a pic me up for sure…. The staff was very nice however

This is a fine place to stay, and the amazing friendliness from the front desk staff is a huge plus. My only negative is that on both mornings, while the breakfast spread was more than adequate, the "hot" food was warm, at best...on my second morning, the scrambled eggs were actually cold.

There is a lot of rust around the ceiling in the pool area. The breakfast was the worst. limited options and the staff did not clean up after guests left. The garbage bins were overflowing and the tables and chairs were old and dirty. Towels were not replenished and the beds were not made the second day.

Cute little place for a small family or friends to enjoy not overly priced. Breakfast is a bit smaller than anticipated but enough with respect to the price would definitely stay again.

The hotel was great— excellent staff and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The room was nice (we were upgraded to a bigger room). Bathroom was a bit dirty; pool was a great option. No issues

This hotel was quite rundown and the pool was completely out of order. That being said they upgraded our room for our kids. The staff was very accommodating which we appreciated and the location was amazing. Could be a little cleaner and the breakfast was terrible.

We have stayed there three times now(for two nights each time) but I found it weird that they didn’t make up our room after night one. We asked at the front desk and the staff there said they don’t normally make up a room if a paying customer is only staying for a night or two. I found this to be strange.
