Staff is nice and cooperative. Everything is fine other than couple ones, like bathroom has not any soap or shampoo holding dispensors and a tiny bottle for almost less than one shower for a couple. Had to ask for more toilet roles. Water was too slow as its gona stop any moment. Other than that, it was all fine

We initially chose this property because our vehicle is large and this hotel has outdoor parking...which worked out great! (underground parking garages are difficult for our vehicle.) The front desk staff were so courteous and welcoming. Housekeepers were cheerful. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. We stayed here and walked to the ice district for a hockey game. Did not realize we would get a complimentary full breakfast (hot and cold items) in the morning. Thank you very much. Will stay here again and will recommend to friends.

I understand older buildings and can appreciate them. However this hotel looks like they hired a friends kid to do renovations and gave them a $100 budget. Beds are not comfortable and the pool water was murky and disgusting. Staff is friendly for the most part
