“Fine but nothing special”

I've stayed at the Coast Edmonton House several times, as a cheaper alternative to the Coast Edmonton Plaza. The rooms are well equipped with full kitchen, king-size bed, work space, and a good-sized balcony. The check-in process is always long and drawn-out but the staff are generally quite friendly. Some rooms come with a complimentary continental breakfast which is very nice, and you can also get the breakfast to go if you would like. Overall, a great place to stay for business trips.

The hotel was in the perfect location for our intended purpose in Edmonton. But the quality of the room and hotel were also a bonus. Reasonably priced and very friendly staff.

Nice view on the higher floors. Had a balcony, which I liked, Kitchen (with stove, full fridge, microwave). Separate bedroom. Living room. Nice and spacious for the 2 of us. Staff was friendly. parking extra $. overall it's our 2nd time staying and will stay again if attending the Edmonton Folk Fest in the future. :) oh Yeah the city center Mall is 2 blocks away...

“Extremely Happy!”

This was my first time booking a hotel room through expedia.ca and I was extremely happy with the results! Reviews suggested the Coast Edmonton House Hotel would be a 3 star hotel, but with such a reasonable price, I thought it wouldn't be that good. It was better! We were given a large, bright, newly renovated suite with two DOUBLE - not twin - beds, a beautiful city night view, new and tasteful furniture, reasonably priced and secure underground parking, and peace and quiet! And the rate once we registered was LESS than the price quoted on- line! I will definitely book through expedia.ca again!

I have stayed at this Hotel many times. Very nice rooms and the kitchen really helps on extendeds stays. On my last trip in 1/09 they now charge $8/day to park in there structure. Really?

Older but big nice room. Very quiet and convenient to downtown locations.

This Hotel is in a great location and is easy to access. It is a good value but needs new decore. Great Staff. Parking was well connected and elevators were fast.
