“Huge room - but not soundproof”

the room was great, but it was quite noisy we found. Very big though, tonnes of room for a playpen if travelling with an infant.

“decent hotel i'll be back”

The only thing wrong was a toilet that wouldn't stop running. otherwise everything was fine.

The lobby of the hotel was nice, although was soon as we stepped off the elevator to go our room we were greeted by two very loud, barking dogs from a room across the hall. This was 10:30 in the evening and it continued for over an hour, until their owners returned. The room was fairly clean, but worn. The sofa bed was really awful. The mattress was very,very thin and you slid backwards!. All of that being said, it was good value, and for our very brief stay, it was just fine.

“Nice Hotel”

Nice Hotel, Our Room was a little chilly and not sure if the heaters were working correctely but it took along time before the room to get warm with the heat on max. But Over all , It was Nice and clean !!

Bed were very comfortable, and the expedia price was very good. Hotel was handy to all the west end shopping.

We left a small charger in our room and after a quick call they have found it and will mail it. Great service since we only go to Edmonton once a year.

“a pleasant stay with friendly staff”

My wife and I were pleasantly impressed with the room. We had booked a room with two queen beds and got a room with two double beds instead. This was not a big deal and partially our fault because we booked with a travel agent and did not contact the hotel directly to confirm the room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and willing to explain any issues we had.

Problem with hot water tap. Not common with Best Western!

It was in a great location and the rooms were nice

The hotel smells of smoke. But the staff were very nice. Expedia messed up the room, but they fixed it promptly.
