“Fair”

Small pool/ hot tub. Shower was weak. Good price for a quick stay.

“Definitely would go back”

Stayed at this hotel to get Christmas shopping done at the big mall for the weekend. Price and proximity to the mall were what made me choose this hotel. I am pleased with my choice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable with large fluffy pillows, plenty of hot water. Check in was fast and friendly. I would go back to this hotel.

“Good Value for your money”

We got a very reasonable rate for our stay - hotel room we had was older/not renovated but beds were comfy/room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant food was good - had best Taco Salad I have had anywhere. I thought location would have been closer to West Ed Mall but over 15 blocks away, so had to cab it - about $15.00 to cab to mall, with tip. Nothing else near by to spend time snooping at, i.e. other shops. If you are looking for a place to stay for sleep and change clothes, while spending rest of your day out and about, this is good bang for your buck.

“Will not book this hotel again”

The hotel pool was cold and gross looking. The phone in our room wouldn't let us dial out and after I was told matience can't come fix it till later that day(when we check out) but they did offer to place calls for me from the front desk, until shift change and than I got yelled at that they do not do this for guests and to try a payphone if my room phone doesn't work. Internet was slow and kept crashing, was told to connect and reconnect each time so I could get my work done. Was very inconvinenced by this and the phone and when I complained I got a "oh" no appology or discount. Would not book here again especially for the price.
