“Good value for money”

We took the king-size en-suite room. It is true in the reviews that the bathroom was not attached to our room but it did have a private sign on it and we were not that fussed that others could use it as we were only staying the one night. It was clean and tidy. The room was clean and tidy, we had the back room so it was pleasant. The staff were friendly, and even though we had to clarify we ordered breakfast as well, we did get a nice veggie breakfast in the morning. The only slight problem was the lock for our room we discovered didn't lock and so I wouldn't advise bringing anything valuable. I was expecting to stay in a hostel so did not bring anything I was worried about but if you do stay here it will be worthwhile checking you can lock your door properly as i'm sure the other rooms may not have had this problem.

“not 3 stars”

This is not a 3 star accomodation. I stayed in a 3 star hotel in Leeds, over UK and Ireland and this accomodation was no way any where near the standard of others throughout Great Britain.
