“Beautiful hotel, very centrally located”

The hotel was beautiful, everything new, clean, very nice. 15m off the Royal Mile. Near Waverly train station (although a climb either up the stairs or a slope. Would definitely stay here again, if prices is still good.

“HIdden Gem in Edinburgh”

If you want to be right in Old Town with no more than 5 minutes to the castle, good sized rooms, friendly staff and character style hotel then I definitely recommend Fraser Suites. My room was a pleasant surprise, the bathrooms are amazing with huge bath sheets. The property is an easy walk to anywhere in the city. The staff were helpful and very friendly. I am a corporate travel consultant and would recommend this property to both corporate and leisure travellers. Would definitely stay here again.

“Excelent hotel”

The hotel is amazing. Considering the location we could not have been in a better choice. In about 30 steps you are at the Royal Mile, the street which contains the main points of interest at Edinburgh. The room was quite large and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and new. The hotel staff were very helpful at all the time. In other words, if you are planning to go to Edinburgh there is not a better place to stay.

“THE BEST PLACE TO VISIT EDINBURGH”

This is a beautiful, comfortable and nice place to spend 3 days in Edinburgh. You just walk one block and descover history, people, excellent scottich dinning, and of course an infinite whisky taste. We spent 3 days during a Fringe festival, and we did no have any problem to find good cuisine. We visited many museums with no problem. We will go back next year.

“Amazing hotel! Truly outstanding. I could not recommend this hotel enough!”

The Fraser Suites were absolutely divine! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left was fabulous. We were upgraded on check in. Our room was so beautiful. Very modern with classic touches throughout. Wonderful size, bed was so comfortable, beautiful linen. I could really go on all day. The staff were so friendly and helpful with all of out tourist questions. Perfectly located just off the golden mile. Everything was in walking distance. So quiet. You could cook in the room and the bathroom was so beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel to every traveller coming to Edinburgh.

“Wonderful Location for transportation, tours”

We stayed a total of 4 nights in late September. The first two nights, we stayed in room 211 which was very quiet. It is facing the back street and has peek view of Waverley Bridge and station. The front desk is very helpful in providing tour information. We took a 3 day tour to Isle of Skye so we left our luggage in the hotel. We came back and stayed in 311 which had even better view of Nelson Monument. The only complaint we have is that some front desk staff were a little bit tired in the morning and not very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our Scotland very much. We would like to stay again when we visit Scotland again in the future.

“Amazing experience”

Right in the middle of everything, very upscale, spacious, tall ceilings, old world charm with the best modern amenities, like a rainfall shower. The only small drawback is that the rooms do not have air conditioning and the windows only open about 3 inches, but should not be a problem given Edinburgh normal weather.

“Really welcoming staff,great location”

Spent 2 nights in this apartment hotel in Edinburgh and loved it.Due to a family emergency,we needed to move to a larger apartment with very little notice. They were very booked up but moved us smoothly and helpfully.Apartments very tastefully done and all the basic kitchen bits were there(tea, coffe milk ,washing up stuff etc) so no need to pack these .It's ideally located for shopping and sightseeing. We will definitely return there.

“Top Class Location and Service”

The hotel location is superb, just a very short walk from the station. Being tucked just off the Royal Mile (high Street) the location is spot on for sight seeing, restaurants and bars. The hotel is very plush, our room was a little small but very nicely done and everything I would expect from this kind of hotel. The breakfast was excellant with a full range of options to suit any person. I was on business in Edinburgh and they happily looked after my luggage when I arrived at 8am and when I checked out they looked after it till my train at 9pm. My only gripe - a couple of marks on the carpets - but as Im probably being a bit picky! Overall a great hotel that I will be staying in again!
