"Good location next to the Waverly Train Station"
Location good. Room very basic . Bathroom really old but always had hot water. Not much ventilation . No room safes. Wifi good. Think they are in the process of renovating which is needed.

"Very good apartment in the West End of Edinburgh "
Very clean and comfortable apartment, only concern was it was up 3 flights of stairs which were a bit of an effort after a long day out. Nice to explore another part of the city, Dean village had lots to offer as well as an easy walk to Princes Street. Apartment very spacious and nice to have a fruit bowl as well as some tasty shortbread. A new part of the city, had another wonderful break.

"Excellent views in the heart of Edinburgh"
My family rented two rooms for a 3 day stay in Edinburgh. The location is fantastic, right between Old Town and New Town, close to many points of interest, including the Castle, Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The courtyard is fantastic with great views of the city. Parties at the courtyard can get a bit loud during the night, but this was minimal. There is an excellent bar/lounge. On our first night, the AC unit was snot working in one of the rooms. It was quite sunny, and as the hotel name implies, the rooms have quite a bit of glass. In fact, without AC, the room was a greenhouse- far too warm. We asked if room could be changed. We received a fan, but no explanation or apology. Sometimes things happen, but it could have been handled much more graciously, particularly at a hotel of this caliber. Eventually we were moved to another room for the remainder of our stay

"Weekend Break"
Visited Edinburgh for the weekend, having found No11 on TripAdvisor. The reviews were great and I have to say we weren't disappointed. Very warm welcome at reception who surprised us with a free room upgrade to a Georgian Suite. The extra space in the room was excellent, and the bathroom was lovely. Double sinks, large shower unit and roll top bath, with a HUGE bed, made for a very comfortable stay. The Scottish breakfast is worth a try, and apparently the evening meals are good too but we chose to eat out. The menu certainly looked appetising and they offered us 20% off if we chose to eat in. Reading the guest book it looks like many people choose to eat there who aren't hotel guests, and there were several people indulging in afternoon tea when we arrived. Spotted a couple of Groupon vouchers for this, so set your Groupon deal settings for Edinburgh before you book.

"Nice hotel close to public transport"
Steps to reception but if you ring bell staff will rush to assist with luggage. Lifts to other floors. Rooms clean but a bit small. Adequate buffet breakfast in dining room. Morning we departed breakfast delivered to our room as requested 0345 hours. We walked across road to the airport bus only 20-30 minutes travel to airport. Cheaper than taxi if 4 or less in your group.
