“Excellent Edinburgh Hotel”
Thei was a serviced 2 bed apartment for the price of a hotel that was ideally located within 5 minutes of Princess St and 10 minutes walk of the Edinburgh Waverley station. The accomodation consisted of 2 double bedrooms, one en-suite with a separate shower room, a lounge / dining/ kitchen area plus Virgin TV package. Excellent for weekend breaks - especially if 2 couples are looking to share accomodation.

“Great Place in the Heart of Edinburgh”
After tiny beds and no room to move in other hotels, this place was wonderful to find. It was just enormous with comfortable beds and a nice big sitting room. It was lovely to have the option to eat in too or to at least stretch out on a couch in the evening. Nicely decorated, friendly staff, and free high speed internet (broadband - you must bring your own computer) - all in the center of Ednburgh, two blocks from Prince's Street and right across from the Portrait Gallery (you can peek in the windows in the evening). And we were even given a free upgrade to an apartment with two bedrooms! I would definitely stay there again. I might even move in...
“Top notch accommodation for business and pleasure”
With a great location, these apartments are very comfortable, with all the amentities for either a business trip or for pleasure. Very pleasant staff who readily put you at ease and always helpful. For those who like to exercise, there's access to delightful gardens, which are large enough for a circular run, and a superb gym which is 10 mins walk away. If home cooking isn't your thing, there's also great grub to be had within a few minutes walk.
“Would stay there again”
This was a very comfortable small suite hotel. Parking at the hotel is non-existant; but you can park on Dublin St. for a short period of time to unload bags. The folks at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The high-speed internet access was a plus for staying in touch.
“Best I have ever stayed at!!!”
Great location, lots of space, great staff, no complaints.
“Would definitely return”
My husband and I recently spent 13 nights at the Royal Garden Apartments. Our room was on the garden side and was quiet, comfortable and well-equipped. The apartments are very well-located in Edinburgh within easy walking distance of many of the cities major attractions, as well as restaurants, pubs, grocers, pharmacies, and department stores. With regard to the staff, we them to be consistently very courteous and helpful.
“A home away from home in Edinburgh”
I had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Garden Apartments for a week over Hogmanay. The staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful, and always with a smile on their faces. The 2 bedroom apartment was on the 4th floor with a wonderful view over the garden and across to Fife. Very comfortable rooms with a large bathroom. Very centrally located. Within easy walking distance to local restaurants and shopping on Prince's Street. Looking forward to staying there again.
“Great location for three travelers”
I was visiting Edinburgh with my wife and sister in law and we found the two bedroom apartment we had to be the best accommodation that we occupied during the month we were away from NZ. It was in a really convenient location and was within a comfortable walking distance from the airport bus stop and the Waverley Railway Station. In addition, it was handy to all the attractions and it gave us clean, spacious, comfortable well appointed accommodation at a reasonable price. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Edinburgh and I gained quite a few brownie points from the girls for booking the 'Blue Rainbow'
