The fold out sofa mattress was unusable. It was just exposed interspring. The front desk brought up a cot to compensate us.

We came for a weekend trip to visit family in the area. We brought the kids and they were looking forward to the waterpark.. unfortunately they closed the kids area and pool. It was a real bummer because we couldn’t utilize the hotel we chose for what we came to do. Rooms were ok, nothing too special. Bathroom was very dark and looked kinda dirty. Needs improvement.

Kids were allowed to run the halls wild at 6:30 am. (obviously very inconsiderate parents) It is however the Hotel's responsibility to make sure things are peaceful during sleeping hours and they knew about the issue and did nothing. We had to complain to the front desk and the kids were so loud my wife could hear the kids through the phone when the front desk picked up. 10 plus kids screaming and running up and down the halls before 6:30 am. Shame on the parents, but the hotel chose to do nothing about it.

Everything is way to expensive. You have to pay $4 for a locker to swim. You have to pay a fee of $25 to park use internet and the internet didn't even work. Ill never go back

I paid almost 300.00 for a room. A regular room for my son's birthday, I paid threw expedia. The room I got was suppose to have a tub because I have two small children., the property if I didn't book online wanted almost 400.00 for a room for ONE night. Which Is insane you have to pay an additional 23 dollars for wristbands that they say comes with the room. If the come with the room why am I paying for them, it's INSANE to me that with those prices they dont offer complimentary breakfast. OR COFFEE. they don't even have coffee pots in the room which is weird and our room also didn't have wash cloths the toilet paper was like the stuff from Dollar tree. And hurt to use. I think for the prices there charging they need to upgrade there stuff. It was definitely a rip off.

We had a good stay. Overall rooms and facility were clean but the whole place could use an update. One bed in our room was very uncomfortable but the other one was ok. Staff was friendly.

We had fun on our stay here! The park had an incident in the pool on our second day which resulted in that portion of the pool closing all day and they compensated us with access to another part of the park. My only complaint is their beds are not comfortable at all. They are extremely hard and uncomfortable.

I had 4 children with me from ages 14 to 7. They loved the water slides and lazy river. We also played dodge ball on the trampoline. We had complimentary coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby. Everyone had a massage in the chairs in the jumping room. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were out of shampoo and soap in the shower and someone came to our room withing 15 minutes to replace them. This was our 3 year here and we will definitely be back in the summer. We were also given a present at check in, a thank you for staying there. It was a Christmas ornament that had Metropolis 2023 on it. It's still on the tree. Thanks!!

Staff was young and seemed stressed. Beds are super hard and the framing for the bed sounded like a gong, made it hard to sleep if someone got up in the middle of the night and bumped it. A kid pooped in the pool. The pizza was good!

We enjoyed our stay, although things seemed a bit unorganized there (with check in and other things). The arcade was extremely expensive per game, and don’t bother getting a mixed drink at either bar (very poorly made). All-in-all it was a good little stay-cation, with lots to do for the whole family (2 adults with a 5, 11, and 13 year old).
