The staff at the reception were very helpful. Linda was one of them, she always had a smile for us every time we passed by the area. Breakfast was included and it had a nice variety of food items, we were very happy.

I love this hotel and have stayed many times. But the pillows and sheets are awful. The feather pillows are so flat. They are so old. The sheets are like starchy and not soft or luxurious. It’s sad because I love to come back to my room and relax after a long day. The telephone in my room did not work so I had to come down to the front desk to get batteries for my remote control. Outside I could not believe the pool was not covered! I want to stay here again next week and during the summer but the sleeping experience is not good right now. Let me know when you have upgraded.

We liked the location, just across the Quartier Bromont, and very close to the old town with its fine stores and restaurants. We also liked the comfortable room with mountain views and the beautiful, well maintained building. We didn't like that we had to wait 3 hours for the room to be ready, but I have to admit we arrived too early.

The staff at Hôtel Vallea Bromont are very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. There are two level 2 charge stations in front of their entrance and they permitted me to use one free of charge for my plug-in hybrid car. The continental breakfast is not super extravagant but it is better than nothing. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Overall, a good stay.

Staff is very friendly and always ready to help! Everything is super clean! Rooms are generous in size and beds are comfy! Well situated in bromont as you can literally walk across the street and restaurants are there! The single most important thing for us is that it was quiet!!!

would have been nice to have coffee tea hot chocolate out throughout the day when you return from skiing. our room was not made up for 2 days despite having our card out to make up the room. breakfast was healthy and overall not bad. it is continental only no hot foods. the location is great, nice safe parking lot and convenient location to restaurants. the jacuzzi jets are very strong which was nice after a long day of skiing. overall i would stay there again!

My teenagers were disappointed that they weren’t allowed to use the hot tub….needed to be 18. The worst part about the whole thing was that it was empty every time we walked past.
