We really enjoyed our brief stay at Estrimont and will return again. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with everything we wanted. We took full advantage of the outdoor hot tubs, which are best to use during quieter times as space is limited.

worthwhile if you get a special deal offer; the room was nice, with a gas fireplace and interesting massage bed; outdoor hot tubs & saunas really filled up on weekend;

Suite rooms spacious, comfortable and the property very close to Mont Orford ski area. We really enjoyed the many different hot tubs and one cold tub, with several saunas also.

We stayed here for one night before we moved our son into university, 20 minutes away. Really nice place. Our room was lovely with a balcony and fire place. Room service was fast and the food was good. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs after a very long drive. Beds were comfortable and the room was wonderfully quiet.

The hotel room was clean and nicely arranged with sitting area, fireplace and a nice deck. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom could use a bit of updating, but was clean. The pool and hot tubs are not sufficient to handle the number of guests (always over crowded) and tennis courts were closed, without notice. We had a nice appetizer and salad at the hotel restaurant the first night but the prime rib special on our second night was awful. Prime rib was all fat, hard to chew, vegetables were way overcooked. We walked away hungry. I would not recommend eating there.

I didn’t know the hotel was in Canada! I couldn’t get into the country I called Expedia to change the location, I was told I couldn’t because I was charged, I called my bank and they said it was only a “hold” Your customer service rep lied to me and and refused to put a supervisor on the phone. I had to hang up I was so upset. I called back and was left on hold over 30 minutes after being told someone would be with me in two minutes. I need a refund, this is completely unacceptable!

Hello when expedia contacted us yesterday to cancel the reservation they told us that the reason for the cancellation was that you wished to reserve in another hotel, since your reservation was for the same day and a no cancel/no refund we refused and the payement was taken as usual on the virtuel credit card that expedia gives us. The receptioniste that spoke to the person from expedia did not lie and never refused to put a supervisor on line she followed the company's directives to the letter, the supervisor was beside her the whole time guiding her.

Very clean. Inadequate lighting in the room. Uneven heat regulation. Insufficient grab bars getting out of tub/shower; base of tub slippery. Cups and dishes stored on shelves right feet above floor. Refrigerator door opens backwards (minor issue). Friendly staff. Good food in dining room but portions excessive. Comfortable bed.

Room was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Having the sauna and hot tub spa access included was an added bonus. They really need to give more eating options. There is only one restaurant and is always booked. Room service does not help resolve this because when I called to get food at 6Pm they said I had to wait unitl 8:30 which happened to be the time the restaurant was free. We neded up eating twice at St. Hubert becaue there is not much around the area. I would aslo suggest that they upgrade all the TV to a smart TV. Only the TV over the bed had NETFLIX and it was very uncomfortable to watch TV .

The hotel is older, but has been kept updated. We stayed in a suite which was very spacious. For the long weekend in May, the Spa area was not at all crowed. The only negative is that in the room you had to pay for using the Nespresso pod, which should be free. I did not try the in House restaurant after read the reviews.

The location of the property provides an excellent view of Mount Orford. The hotel"s food options were excellent allowing for both fine dinning and relaxed meals. The spa allowed for plenty of relaxation with 5-6 hotubs outdoors. Parking was easy and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Noisy and freezing
Thé location worked for us. Two issues. First there was a barking dog in nearby room for hours on end. Complaint was compensated with a $50 voucher at restaurant. We were in a suite with sofa bed. No sheets and only extra blanket. If you like extra firm mattress, you will sleep. Otherwise, it is not a good sleep. Overall, the location was great but the noise, lack of bedding for sofa bed would not entice us to stay at Estrimont is the future.

Beautiful property with very nice comfortable spacious rooms. Everything is there if you want to eat in (mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, bowls, plates, utensils, glasses, etc). Room could accommodate a family of 5 but they make you take 2 rooms which is a bummer. Facilities are nice but on small size (indoor pool and gym). Outdoor hottubs are great. Would definitely go back and recommend

11am checkouts should be banished. Most hotels do 12pm and free late checkouts if requested. Check in at night wasn’t very friendly either. Room was freezing when we arrived.
