Hallo Michelle, danke für deine Bewertung. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir versuchen, es von seiner besten Seite zu halten. Jedes Jahr werden Verbesserungen erwartet und aus diesem Grund haben wir bereits Arbeiten für diesen Herbst geplant. Buongiorno Sig.ra Marina, siamo dispiaciuti di non averla soddisfatta durante il suo ultimo soggiorno. L'hotel era al completo, altrimenti avremmo trovato la stanza giusta per lei. Consiglio, comunque, di informarsi sempre prima dell'arrivo e per qualsiasi prenotazione in qualsiasi hotel, di che stanza disporrà se per lei è essenziale avere certe esigenze e certezze. We thank you for the reports and regarding the lift, we will make it better to highlight the web site on its absence. Strange though, on your arrival, we were worried about her grandmother and your answer was that she was used to climb the stairs at home too. During the stay there was no complaints and we are surprised to find these anonymous comments once they leave our hotel.Surely we would have preferred to talk about it in person and see if anything was possible, how to find a room on the first floor and / or give it a second room free of charge.
