“Great location, exceptional service.”

The hotel is located in the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo, you can pretty much walk everywhere. Parking at the hotel makes it extra convenient. The staff are some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. My only complaint would be the bed and pillow were a bit hard...maybe I'm spoiled but the pillow was very thin and I stuffed it with a couple towels for extra cushion! Other than that, loved the hotel!

Area recommendations
Close to center with parking. The city is very walkable so you won't need to bother with the car once you've arrived.

“絶景です”

パソコン入力の予約方法に　てこずりました。最終的にはオペレーターにお世話になりました。 国内の旅行会社が選んでいるホテルで安心だからと思って選択しました。 一番はホテルからの「絶景」。あさはモルゲンローズに山肌が染められていく様子、夕刻には夕日に映える山肌を堪能できました。星の多さにも感動。 毎日のハイキングで疲れた身体をジャクジー　風呂が癒してくれました。入浴剤も供えられていました。 フロントの方たちは親切でした。紹介してくださったおいしいランチのお店へは滞在中２回も行きました。残念ながら、ホテルの朝食はパンがおいしくなかった。卵は１日目の朝にゆで卵がでたきりでした。夕食を一日ホテル」でしましたが、料金の割には満足できませんでした。伝統的な郷土のお土産やさんもしょうかいしてもらいました。 但し、各山々のリフト、ケーブルカー等の詳細な情報は不明でした。 個人旅行だったので、現地での情報が欲しかったのですが。。。

郷土のアンチークアクセサリー店。 銀細工のアクセサリーが豊富にそろっていました。また、山へのハイキングに行く途中だったので、ホテルに帰るまで預かってくれました。 近所のミニスーパー。 安い。本当に最小限のしなものしかないが、水もビールも安い。果物は１個づつ量り売りで購入できました。 タクシーの運転手　セルジオさんが一番のお勧めです。到着２日目、 情報不足でトファーナ山、ファラーリア山のケーブルカー、リフトが営業がおわっていることを知らずにいました。（ネットでは９月１５にちまでの運行）フロントでも、情報はなった。ミズリーな湖へのバスもなし。しかたなく、タクシーでいったのですが、親切な運転手さんが細かい情報を教えてくれ、毎日、希望した山々でハイキングを楽しめました。ベニスまでの帰路は途中で小さな町での観光名所にたちより、撮影ポイントでは停車してくれ、ランチはおいしいレストランでできました。 彼はイギリスケンブリッジで　昼間は「ガーデニング」の勉強、午後には「英語」のべんきょうをしたそうで、私のつたない英会話力でもしっかりこちらの意思を確認してくれました。連絡も「ケイタイ」を持っていたのでスムーズにできました。 彼はレストランでは「食事の内容も大事だけれど、サービスする人がもっと大切だ。気持ちよく対応したかどうかが。。。」といってましたが、 私もタクシードライバーは運転技術は当たり前だが、「乗客の希望に最大限こたえる」運転手がベストだとおもいました。特に個人で旅行している場合は。。。 料金も良心的で必ず、「料金表」を表示し、納得してからの発車でした。 但し、こちらは６０歳を超えた大阪の住民です、料金交渉も楽しくしました。
