“Lovely hotel, certain staff members not too good.”

This hotel was absolutely lovely, our room perfect. The only thing that didn't help was that staff seemed uninterested in the guests. On arrival especially we were made to feel like a burden as there had been a mix-up with our arrival date, which had not been our mistake. But other than that, I would recommend it.

“OK, little worn and nondescript”

Stayed just the one night here. Location is by the sea front, but in a stretch where not an awful lot seemed to be happening. Reception was a bit abrupt and when I asked for a recommendation for a place to get a quiet drink, blokey looked at me like I'd asked him to explain the third law of thermodynamics. Room itself was ok. Comfortable and clean. However, people walking past the door in the morning made a lot of noise. They weren't noisey, but the walls must be thin!
