I was very impressed with the service and value for money . My two night stay was comfortable and the staff were attentive and helpful . This was my first time at a Best Western Hotel and I will look out for Another one in the future. Thank you
"Lovely little hotel, quaint and full of character."
Seafront hotel with great charm and atmosphere. Staff are helpful and obliging which made the experience for us. A little quiet for this time of year but that's a seasonal town I guess. Will be returning later this year.
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Modern rooms and nice facilities. The family room is nice as there are 2 seperate rooms, warm and comfortable. Very good location, as your away from the busy end but not too far that you can't walk or go in the other direction to the adventure parks etc.,

Karl and Sara are an extremely charming couple. The site is 2 minutes from the boardwalk. Eastbourne is close to Brighton and not as overcrowded. The room was a bit tight for the four of us; but that is a common problem when seeking a quadruple room. A good spot to explore Sussex from.

Vivienne & Mario were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Perfect location for us, being so close to the seafront. We have friends in Eastbourne and they were able to join us for breakfast (which was amazing, Mario!), for very little extra payment. The Lighthouse room was superbly comfortable, although we will stay in the Yacht room next time as it is slightly larger with wonderful views. Look forward to going back soon!

The outside was very pretty and the Neil & Susan were waiting with a friendly welcome for us on arrival. The room was very pleasant, situated at the top of the house so we got some good exercise walking up the stairs. The bathroom was a bit small with a plastic concertina door (which was a spacesaver). The decoration was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was superb and plentiful. The location (in road opposite the pier) was excellent. We stayed there during the Tennis tournament in June 2013 and it was a pleasant walk along the seafront each day to & from Devonshire Park. Neil & Susan were excellent hosts and each morning gave us the order of play for the day. A very pleasant stay.
