Idiosyncratic bathroom pods work reasonably well but are not especially "roomy". The toilet flush in our room did need repeated pressing to ensure that it not continally dribble water. The room was rather cold and required running the airconditioning heater on it maimum setting to heat up the room. The views over office blocks from our room on level 4 were unappealng. The bed was on the hard side and we coud only find one spare pillow in our room. There were no USB carge points in the room.

The hotel was well located for access to theatres and nightlife. It is a decent priced budget option for a night or two. Staff friendly and always helpful. Would stay again.

Staff were helpful but heating system not good, heating went on and off,got moved to another room but same thing.food was cold at breakfast, they put my breakfast in the microwave, then proceeded to take the temperature in the buffet but only after I told them mine was cold

Can't fault it for a budget hotel
Stay here every time I come to Brighton, which is 1-2 times a year and I'm always very happy with my stay. Location is great, as it's right next to the station. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms have everything you could need.

Clean and comfortable. Good security to use the lift and get in the room Only disappointment was I noticed when I got home we had paid for breakfast but didn’t know so we bought food to eat in our room maybe the check in staff could have reminded us too late now otherwise a great stay

The stay was great, bit the rooms are noisy. Thin walls, water dripping on balcony outside when it rained, air flow in bathroom throughout entire night. Breakfast was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful, but made us wait for check in while serving drinks to bar customers.

Very convenient for Brighton station, just a couple of hundred yards' flat, safe, well-lit walk away. Staff very polite and welcoming, room clean. All pretty basic but fine for us. We had a twin room and my only criticism is that the beds are quite narrow! However, I'd stay again.

Great location
Great location. A few minutes walk from the station, 15 mins from the lanes and seafront. All good for a budget hotel. Reasonable price for Brighton centre. Large room. Very good staff. Handy parking a few minutes away £15 a night Ok, clean, not perfect. Corners by bed and in the bathroom quite dusty and shower door not clean. Beds were so, so. Very thin metres, more like a topper. For a couple of nights visit I would stay again
