I stayed here for two nights with my mum for a relaxing spa visit. We used the swimming pool which was a good size and the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Our bedroom was massive and the double bed had been split in to two singles just as we had asked. We were provided with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, chocolate cookies etc upon arrival. The breakfast in the morning was brilliant and there was plenty of choice both cooked and continental. The hotel also had free on site parking and was very easy to find as it has a large entrance sign on the main road. The staff are all very lovely!

"The Cooden Beach Hotel, a welcome haven to stay."
Receptionist provided the start of a Happy stay. All the staff welcomed you throughout the stay. Although my stay was only for one night, the welcome and friendly atmosphere from both staff and customers alike provided a happy occasion. If in the Bexhill area, I would recommend anyone to stay at The Cooden Beach Hotel.

This hotel is comfortable and clean and the breakfast is excellent. The location is ideal for shopping, theatres, beach, Pier etc.
The seaview room we had was big, warm and comfortable. Staff are not overbearing, but are there when you need them.
WIFI worked well, and as in any worthwhile hotel in the 21st century, was included in the price of a room.

Apart from our bathroom which was in need of attention to bring it up to the rest of the hotel we have no comments. The hotel thanked us for bringing this up and confirmed that our bathroom was already on the list for refurbishment in the very near future. We're looking forward to goimg back to see what they do.

We stayed at The Blacksmiths Arms recently and were very impressed by the hospitality. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. A light lunch in the bar was delicious and I can honestly say that the cooked breakfast was of epic proportions and one of the best I have ever enjoyed.
Our room was clean, well furnished and pleasant although it did face onto a busy road. The bathroom was very spacious I would thoroughly recommend The Blacksmiths Arms to anyone and it is perfect for Glyndebourne, only 10/15 minutes by taxi.
We booked this at the last minute when going to see War of the Worlds. When we arrived everything was ready and even though we made a slight mistake with the parking voucher, (parking is on the street and costs extra) a quick phone call and it was sorted.
The room rate was good for the area considering it was Brighton and was categorised as one of their Gold standard. It was large, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities including Apple TV, 80mb broadband, tea and coffee, iron/ironing board, decent hair dryer and access to a wide range of free films which unfortunately we didn't have time to make use of.
After a good night sleep we were treated to a full English Organic good quality breakfast which included cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, sausages, two eggs, (fried, poached or scrambled) and baked beans plus all the usual accompliments plus tea and coffee which were supplied in copious quantities. An excellent B&B and deserves a high rating and if we visit Brighton again Sea Breeze will be on the top of our list for accommodation.

Lovely hotel and staff. Was helpful when we wanted to add a extra person to our room. We were 4 young girls down for the half term. Such comfy beds. Would recommend to the young. Perhaps not to older people as you can hear people in the other rooms.
