This hotel is a hidden gem

Posted 08-Dec-2014
Booked a 2 night stay at Brighton House. The hotel is in a convient location, so makes a great base for exploring Brighton. The room was at the front of the building it was very cosy and you could see the sea out of the window. Staff were welcoming and pleasant, including the adorable Cat! Breakfast was great too, really good service and a great selection to pick from. This would definitely be my first choice if I was to visit Brighton again!

Leuk hotel. goed verblijven

Posted 02-Dec-2014
Pros: De puur Engelse Brighton style
Leuk hotel. Oude stijl. Kleine maar nette kamers. Prima bedden. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Dicht bij strand. Prima ervaring.

Lovely guest house close to the beach

Posted 28-Nov-2014
Pros: We liked everything about this hotel. It was spotlessly clean with lovely decor, furniture and lighting. The food was excellent and well presented.
Cons: The mirrors in our bathroom on the lower ground floor were positioned too high impossible to use them. Need to be lowered about 12inches
Location: Fabulous location on Regency Square near the sea front and only a few minutes walk to Churchill Square shopping centre and the Lanes.
This is a lovely guest house in an excellent location near to the sea front and yet close to the shops and the famous Lanes. Welcoming staff and a spotlessly clean hotel. The breakfast is superb offering a good choice of food including eggs, cheese, ham, cereals and fruit. The homemade bread is gorgeous. There is always a lovely homemade organic cake available for guests to try with a cup of tea or coffee. Our room was large and very comfortable with lovely bed linen and comfrey pillows. The bathroom was enormous and we had only one complaint that the mirrors in the bathroom were positioned too high for us to be able to use them. We will definitely book this guest house again it had everything we needed and was in the perfect location for us. Very good bus services in Brighton and the guest house was only five minutes from Churchill Square where there are lots of buses. Lots of good restaurants close by.

Great stay

Loved my stay at brighton house... Walkable distance to train station, and all the main parts of town. The ocean is at the end of the street and the pier is an easy walk. Staff are warm and friendly. Room was small but cosy and clean, and hotel was safe (important for me travelling alone). Breakfast included was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable friendly hotel near the beach

Posted 20-Oct-2014
My first time in Brighton, Cal was friendly and helped me to carry luggage to the top floor. The bed was comfortable and the toilet was very clean. Satisfied! I stayed for two nights 17&18/10/14. The breakfast was very nice. Every staff was friendly Oh! Not forgetting Mr Watt (old cat), such a steady embassalor! I chose the hotel because of 'him'.

Die Lage am Regency Square ist 1a.

Posted 12-Oct-2014
Pros: Lage & Service
Cons: Nicht wirklich!

Nice hotel, excellent location

Posted 10-Oct-2014
Pros: The staff, food and location
Cons: In the room, a face cloth and an additional bath towel would have been appreciated.
Location: Very easy walk either into Town (for shops and restaurants), or to the beach.
Extremely pleasant staff, clean and comfortable rooms (economy rooms VERY small!); wonderful breakfast selection (many organic choices), and a nice touch of a "help yourself" organic cake available every day in the entrance hallway. Location is excellent either for walking into Town or to the beach.

Zentrales Guest-House mit Charme und Kater

Posted 01-Oct-2014
