Great guesthouse, friendly hosts
We had a great stay at Albert and Victoria Guesthouse. A super friendly welcome from the host on arrival, our room was lovely, spacious, clean and had the added touch of bottled water, chocolates and lovely biscuits, and a Nespresso coffee maker and pods. Comfortable bed, plenty of space in ensuite bathroom. Tasty fresh cooked breakfast, and the lovely addition of a bowl of fresh fruit salad at the table on arrival. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the seafront. Highly recommended.

The property was easy to locate and we were welcomed in a little bit earlier than usual check-in times which was really helpful. The host explained the breakfast times and let us settle. Overall the stay was very pleasant, breakfast options were vast and tasty, but one improvement we thought should be considered is replacing the chandelier in our room. Unfortunately when the upstairs guests were walking around it made our chandelier shake which was disturbing of an evening or early in the morning

we had a wonderful quiet stay, they don't allow banging doors, The couple were gracious helpful, nothing was too much trouble, The food was delicious filling and more than enough, would we stay here again [yes of course] we have recommended it too loads of people already.

Unbelievably thoughtful and caring; the hosts have provided every little thing you could possibly wish; hot chocolate in addition to tea and coffee, a face flannel, and a lovely, cozy room with nice artwork. Highly recommended!

They really put on a good breakfast there.
They were a lovely couple who run the B&B. The breakfast was delicious the Gardenview during breakfast was lovely They really put on a good breakfast there. Anything you could possibly want to have for breakfast.

Simply beautiful, cannot find a single fault to report.staff are fantastic, would stay over and over again as we already do. Superb breakfast, so much choice. Accomendation is set in the prime location, beach to your left, town centre to your right, it’s peaceful, immaculate. So looking forward to returning and meeting Jose again, he’s customer service is outstanding, warm and welcoming, thank you again Jose

I would stay here again - it was clean, near the sea, the owners were friendly and helpful, and provided bottled water, biscuits and a chocolate each day, always a winner for me. Only downside was a handheld shower, but it was powerful and easily temperature controlled.

Excellent B and B - small and quaint 😊
Absolutely amazing stay . Jose and his mum couldn't do enough for you . The place was spotlessly clean, very welcoming and there was plenty of choice for breakfast and all freshly cooked. Great location about 100 m from the sea front and 1/2 a mile at most to the pier. Would definitely recommend and will always choose to stay here if in Eastbourne.

Brilliant place!
What a great little place. Honestly stayed in 5 star hotels with less facilities. Attention to detail amazing. Lovely decor, comfortable bed. Fridge in room. Great bathroom. Lovely people running/owning the property. Breakfast, freshly and well cooked. All in all brilliant and fully recommended.

A guest house to recommend.
Really enjoyed our holiday break in a delightful guest house ideally situated close to the sea front but in a quiet location. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the owners were friendly and welcoming. We hope to return soon.

Room was a bit hot even though we had the window open and the fan on in October (it was a mild day though). Room quite compact but extremely clean with some lovely extra touches. Breakfast was excellent. A nice stay.

Typical seaside b&b. Accommodation was convenient and comfortable. Room is a little small but we expected that. Fridge in room was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well presented. There were extra touches like monogrammed linen. Bathrobes were an added bonus. Breakfast was really good and cooked freshly. I cannot this place.

My Fourth Stay and still Love this place
It was my fourth stay at this gem of an BandB over the last 5 years and the new owners have continued the excellence...It is comfortable, clean and quiet. The decor is perfect, old world charm, I felt immediately at home....Jose was so welcoming and kind. I had to check out early for an appointment, and since I would miss the English Breakfast, they made me a packed breakfast to take away. I'll always stay here when I visit Eastbourne !!!

Really cannot praise this B&B enough. Everything about it was perfect. Our hosts were lovely. They bought us a pot of tea and mince pies to our room on our arrival, we had a tiny Christmas tree in our room and on Xmas eve they left out a mince pie and milk for Santa and carrots for Rudolf. These were small things but made our stay over Christmas that extra bit special. The room was so clean and had locally produced toiletries.There was tea, coffee, filter coffee and hot chocolate in our room and a mini fridge for fresh milk. Breakfast was plentiful and offered loads of choice. This will definitely be the place we always stay when visiting family in Eastbourne!

The Albert and Victoria was so lovely. David and Nikki were gracious hosts who went above and beyond when we were in need. How lucky we were to pick this quaint seaside inn. It was the start to a once in a lifetime holiday. Each morning we were anxious to dive into a delicious breakfast of eggs and salmon or croissants and jam. But the most delicious part of breakfast was the French Press coffee. We are hopeful that someday we will return to the Albert and Victoria and the beautiful countryside of Eastbourne.
