breakfast expensive

the hotel heating system is noisy, you either stay warm and have the noise or cold and quite, I also £15.00 for breakfast far too much,was not keen on being told that if I had gone on line the day before I could have got a voucher and had Breakfast for £10.95,( this was by the breakfast staff).

Sadly disappointed when everything else was perfec

Everything was perfect except food. In restaurant I was served a meal of Fisherman's Pie which was served with mashed potato on top of a piece of samon, three prawns, and a small piece of cod which milk had been added to represent a sauce. Sent back and all they did was pour it out. Not cook it properly.

Good value, clean & comfortable

nice welcome by staff, and room was quiet and had a good view over `marina. breakfast was excellent value as included in our room. I like the sliding doors which completely blacked out the window in the room.

Good central location with secure parking

Pros: Location, comfort, excellent meals and service
Cons: Cleaning of ceilings around heating vents in dining room, it detracted from an otherwise nice room.
Location: Within easy walking distance of main shopping area and local attractions, The Deep, museum quarter, light ship,
Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast menu nothing was too much trouble.

A good choice.

Stayed here ahead of meetings in Hull. The room was very comfortable and the view over the harbour was beautiful. The Hotel itself is very smart with a good bar and restaurant area. Located very close to Hull city centre but still quiet set on the marina.
