Lovely hotel within easy walking distance to the main sites of Perpignan. Friendly staff. Lovely rooms and a lovely outdoor terrace when the weather permits.

Nice staff but hotel hallway and room smelled
I loved the kindness of the staff and the food for breakfast and dinner was very good. However, there was an awful smell like garbage in the hallway and as you walked in our room. It got better as you got further from the hallway, but it was really unpleasant.

This hotel is truly enchanting. Lovely, welcoming decor. Comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location to explore the city centre on foot. Only 15 min from airport by taxi

Beautiful Perpignan Hotel
This is a lovely clean hotel with beautiful decor and helpful staff. The breakfast is excellent and the location is only a 15 minute walk to the town centre. There is a bus stop outside the hotel to take you to the seaside although the buses are infrequent.

Loved it - sad to leave
I booked the junior suite, which was very fairly priced, and added breakfast hoping that it would be a decent start to the day. I really liked the location which is not quite in the centre but is only at most a 10 min walk from it and the Vauban 2 bus stop for the airport bus. It's across the road from a pleasant park and near the conference centre. Service was fantastic. The guy on reception the morning I arrived could not have been more helpful, and his kindness and flexibility set the tone for a great stay. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and smiling. My mornings were better because of the lovely lady running the buffet each day - she even remembered my room number! My room was great, located on the 5th floor. It was spotless, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. It was helpful to have both a kettle and Nespresso machine, and they provided ample pods and water. The mini fridge with juices was a bonus. Bathroom was small, and there was hand and shower gel, but the excellent water pressure was a plus. Hairdryer attached to the wall but actually good. A sizeable balcony/terrace was a welcome addition and made it very homely. Little gym on -1 is basic (recommend they buy dumbbells) but did the job for cardio. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet on the terrace - particularly the quiche and lemon cake, which I'm still thinking about. All in all, very happy!

A clean, modern hotel, within reasonable walking distance of several restaurants - but it had some annoying features: (1) There was no parking available onsite for the whole time that I was there (I had to park on the street); (2) The air conditioning in the room wouldn't go any lower than 23 degrees C; (3) The gym had no free weights; (4) the coffee in the room was instant coffee (instant coffee? I expect better from France)

Nice hotel with style. A little basic in rooms but clean, tv, good pillows open hanging space , 2 x bottles of water in rooms, free tea and coffee , biscuit,. Bathrooms very nice shower. Not checking into 1600 :-(. Would stay again. 10 min walk from castillet monument. Bus 3 outside hotel takes you to the beach. 5 min walk to get pain au choocolat

Lovely Stay
We had another lovely stay at this hotel. We had everything we needed in our room for a comfortable stay and both slept really well. We love having a nightcap on the roof terrace. The view is amazing. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Short break wonderful
Fantastic stay,we stayed in the suite with its own balcony,that’s a very special room really lovely. The staff at the hotel were always smiling,very friendly and accommodating. Especially the young lady’s who were on front of house reception. They are a true asset to the hotel and your organisation. Very well done we loved our short break and will definitely be back.

Hotel caters to dogs. I requested a pet free room with my reservation, hotel could have responded but they didn't. At ckin I am told that dogs have the run if the house. I spent 2 nights on Benadryl. What part of dogs leak and slobber they don't get? Do they shampoo the carpet after each dog departs, I seriously doubt it! They also pick up ticks and flees and I am sure the owners allow them in bed. At the very least have some respect for paying HUMANS and keep a few rooms pet free.

Spotless, but antiseptic.
The hotel was immaculately clean, with full Covid restrictions in force, including warnings to only use elevators with regular companions (no strangers along with you). Rooms are very small, with minimal floor space around beds, infinitely tiny desk, miniscule trash cans, etc. The hotel enjoys a reputation in reviews for being excellent, but the bottom line is it is a strictly utilitarian place that serves the purpose of allowing you to spend the night in a bed. A good hotel for a very short stay.

Perfect for a weekend break
Clean and modern hotel with all the facilities we needed for a weekend break. The parking was full but after 12pm on a Saturday on road parking is free until Monday morning. The receptionist directed us to the best place to park. One thing to be careful of is the area behind the hotel if you turn left at the top of the stairs. I would recommend tourists avoid this area. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking the city's best attractions.

Wow I was impressed! This chain of hotels are usually very low end, I saw 9.0 on 200+ peoples review and thought what is that about? We stayed and for the price! Our Room was very nice, i give them a 10 and will always stay when going to Perpignan!!! Nice Job! Nice bathroom, nice bed, nice sheets and service, nice everything!

Very clean and comfortable Staff also very good One change I would suggest is rev the lack of amenities as i am not a fan of generic combined shower gel/shampoo Would also be good to have a small fridge in the room
