Our Wedding Anniversary was fantastic as we spent it at the Pan Pacific in The Club Room and we had an absolutely fabulous time. From the time we checked in everyone was very helpful. Just walking into the Lobby we were impressed we the Décor and felt immediately we had made the right choice. The room was comfortable and clean our time in the club lounge was enjoyed immensely. There was no scrimping on nice beers on offer ,wines or canapes and you felt very relaxed. Breakfast was also very nice only small criticism would be food was not very hot but this is very common for this style of breakfast. We both said we would make the effort to try and come again in another 4 months because we enjoyed it so much. Staff were terrific
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Requested a river view and a quieter room, this we were given, thanks to staff. Good size room, wonderful bed and pillows. A bowl of fresh fruit was a lovely touch at reception, and an IGA store for basic supplies just across the road. We did stay on our way back at this same hotel but had a city views room. Again we requested to be away from traffic noise and lifts but we did find this room extremely noisy. Our room was close to a main intersection with lights and it bordered a walkway up from the river area and restaurants. Peoples voices and laughing were very loud as they walked up the steps onto the road.
We stay at the Hotel for 4 nights.
Have also extend our stay in Goodearth on the last day of our stay as our flight from Perth to Singapore was @ 2am in the morning.
The Manager has given a great help to allow us on early check in on the last day instaed of check in on 3PM
