More for families than a couple. The pool is full of kids. Not a ton to do at the hotel. No real lounge or club. It's nice that it's on the monorail or prob wouldn't stay there again. We had some issues with the Internet and had to be on the phone 30 min to resolve it. Also initially had no king bed and uncleared room so got a free upgrade which was nice.
I always visit this hotel when I'm in town, but this was my first actual stay. What a great experience. Our room was upgraded and what a special treat that was. Great pools and pool parties on the weekend. I hope to stay here again soon. Thanks!!
The hotel is nice, but could be better. The rooms are decent, but I wish I could say the same for the environment. One of the things I hate the most about the place is that there's frogs at the center of the hotel where the grass and pool is at. Also I wish there was more parking available. The parking is too small!
As a hotel the Signature was very good. The room was large, spotless and well appointed. The only thing we thought strange was that there was a kitchen in the room but we had to call housekeeping for cups, cutlery and plates. There is no casino, shops or restaurants at the Signature and it is quite a walk through the tunnel to the MGM Grand where these are located. Compared to other places like the Venetian and Paris LV we looked at, the MGM Grand's casual eateries, shops and general atmosphere left a lot to be desired, but there is a Metro station there which is useful for getting to other places on the Strip.
We stayed here during the memorial day weekend. When we checked-in we got upgraded to the princess room. When we went to our room. It was really nice, it has wide areas for living room, kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. Overall experience at the hotel is nice except it quite a bit of a walk from the strip. It could get tiring going back to the hotel especially if you have been walking all day shopping, strolling along the strip.
This area has more lodging variety than The Strip. East of the Strip features both gaming and non-gaming properties that range from budget to luxury accommodations. Key attractions here include the Las Vegas Convention Center, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the McCarran International Airport, several office parks, and the Restaurant Row along Flamingo and Paradise roads.
