Parking available but a bit tricky to locate, it’d be helpful if that information was available prior to arrival. Nice hotel and room, great view and location.

Everything you expect from an Ibis - clean, good price, excellent city centre location and friendly staff. The formula works well. Beware if you are parking a large car in the hotel car park as it is a small area and difficult to manoeuvre

A basic hotel with a small room. Good for a night but I wouldn’t stay long term. The place smelled strongly of cleaning solution and the floor was slippery under our feet. Very limited storage. One pillow each and one towel each. Not even a hand towel!! The bed was very comfy and we had a lovely view (room 410). Room was ready when we arrived early and the frontdesk lady was very nice.

Great location in a beautiful city.
Clean and tidy room though quite small, but has everything we needed including air conditioning. The location is perfect and underground car park very useful. Public areas pleasant too, would definitely book again if returning to Gent ( a delightful city),

Bit small, but okay
The room was just a little too small. I had to take a dump on the toilet seat sideways as the toilet is right up against the wall. The guy checking us in was great. Room was clean, facilities were good, breakfast was fine. Size of room is what I talk about when I describe the room.

Great place, right in the centre of town. Staff great and helpful. Room very nice and clean. Breakfast very good. If travelling by train - once off the train take the number 1 tram to city centre (Korenmarkt, about 3 km). From there it is a 100 metre walk. You can tap your card on the tram for payment

perfect place to visit Ghent
Perfect position to spend a few days in Ghent, everything is in easy walking distance, staff brilliant, nothing too much trouble. Good plentiful Breakfasts. On site parking very limited, and expensive with very confined area but very secure, would use again.

Great staff! Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect! Breakfast is meh, not worth 15 euro. Rooms are nice but tiny, and tight. Overall it’s a good hotel for the price, we would stay again.

Poor customer service
Major problems with booking in. Fortunately we had copies of our documentation otherwise I think we would have been in trouble. Second night was disaster with a major disturbance on our floor. No apology and still waiting for a response to two emails complaining. Pity because it is a great location. Breakfast average. Apparently they only do bacon every other day. Weird. One of the young guys on reception did not seem to want to be there.

The hotel is located in the central part of Ghent. Good location and budget price but with friendly staff.

This hotel was clean and pleasant, the staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was worth it, with an assortment of choices. We asked for and received second pillows. Better quality towels, in more than one size, would have been appreciated. We would definitely stay there again, as the location was great.

In great location, next to a lovely square and close to all sights. The hotel was roomy but basic. The breakfast was good (lots of choices). The staff was very helpful.

Really friendly staff - great tip about the café laundromat. Room was comfortable. Great location, outdoor photos from across the street. Tram 2 from the train station.

A Good Hotel in the Centre of Ghent
This hotel is in an excellent location - right by St Baafs Cathedral, one of the "3 towers" of Ghent, and 2 minutes walk from the river that runs through the heart of the town. The view from my room was great and breakfast was good. I only stayed for one night but was delighted that I was so centrally located

Great hotel!
Great location and fantastic service by all the people who work there, a great hotel. Check out the great carpet in the stairwell! Would definitely stay there again. If I could change just one thing it would be to have hot drink making facilities in the rooms but it definitely wouldn't stop me from staying there again.
