“Helpful friendly staff”

We found the girls working the reception desk to be very friendly and helpful, especially Amanda.

“Comfortable hotel East Aurora Buffalo Niagara fall”

We have stayed there three time now over several years when visiting family in the area. The hotel is undergoing an update of decor and improvement to the breakfast area that will make it easier to move round and increase the table and seating. At a few peak times you move round other guests and sit at the comfy settees in the reception area. Decaf, regular and robust coffee available free 24 hours in reception and the pool and fitness are some of the facilities that we go back for. The hotel is a block from the main street through the pretty town of East Aurora with many restaurants and diners along the leafy road. We would recommend the hotel and its staff who are trendily and helpful.

This is the only modern, reasonably priced hotel within many miles. Staff was efficient and courteous. Facility comfortable and well maintained. Excellent continental breakfast.

“charming and comfortable”

We were visiting family in the Southtowns area and this pretty new hotel popped up on Expedia. East Aurora proved to be a pleasant community--it's got restaurants and shops right on its Main Street, from which the hotel is about 200 yards away, and this hotel is very close to route 400, a freeway that shoots right into Buffalo. We went from the hotel to Niagara Falls in about 30 minutes. The hotel is a standard Hampton Inn (which looks like a standard Holiday Inn Express, which looks like....) except it has an inground pool and the lobby is more attractive. Staff were welcoming and gracious. We would stay again in the hotel without question.

Staff was very nice and accommodating and the hotel was close to many shops and restaurants very quiet venue.
