“Great experience!”

There was a lot of construction going on in front of the hotel but the hotel was very nice and the majority of the staff were very helpful and spoke good english which was a real bonus for me. Its proximaty to old town and shopping was fantastic. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Great hotel”

Best hotel for shopping location in Dusseldorf. Only negative is Internet access is not free actually very expensive.

“Mitten im Umbau, schlechter Service, entspricht bei weitem nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel”

Hotel befindet sich noch immer mitten im Umbau. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten und auch keinen Parkservice. Frühstücksraum noch nicht renoviert, Fenster sehr schlecht isoliert. Frühstück entsprich keinem 5 Sterne Standard. Keine frisch gepressten Säfte, Omelett war schlecht (und dies ist ja nichts schwieriges), ... Bar sehr alt und total überteuert, Glas Champagner mit Holundersirup 14 EURO = stolzer Preis. Allgemeiner Service / Umgang mit Kunden lässt zu wünschen übrig. Zu teuer für die erbrachten Leistungen!

“heel goede hotel”

ligging is perfect. zeer vriendelijke personeel. goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Het is zeker een aanrader.

“Wieso 5 Sterne??”

dies fragten sich meine Frau und ich nachdem wir uns einen Moment in unserem Zimmer(222) umgesehen hatten.Das Mobilar wirkte schon sehr abgenutzt.Das Sofa hatte seine besten Zeiten schon lange hinter sich und war zudem mit Flecken versehen(die gehörten aber nicht zum Muster).Auch die weiße Schrankgarnitur und der Platz des Fernsehers(kein Flatscreen) könnten mal wieder geputzt werden.....war schon sehr schmutzig.Über die verschiedenen Gebrauchsspuren bzw. Kratzer wollen wir uns gar nicht äußern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hierbei ist besonders der Herr vom Parkservice hervorzuheben.Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet weil sehr zentral.Übrigens...die kleine Aufmerksamkeit(Schokolade) auf dem Kopfkissen war sehr nett aber meine Frau war schon ein wenig enttäuscht daß sie dabei leer ausgegangen ist.Kann passieren...darf aber nicht!!

“Stellare!”

Tutto perfetto! a 100 m. dall'isola pedonale del centro storico, metro sotto l'albergo, camere grandi, servizi di primmissimo ordine e personale gentilissimo. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Traveller's tip
taxi in abbondanza sotto l'albergo ma il parcheggio (gratuito...) consente di arrivare con auto a noleggio. in zona ci sono tutti i tipi di ristorante.
