“Noise problem”

In the room was noise more then 60 dBa, becouse the window gasket not seal properly. In shower the trap was blocket (pluget) inside with some obstructure. The rest is good.

“Bed too short or am i too tall at 6 ' 2 ???”

Reception Staff had very poor english with little or non, with the hotel's website in German, French and English I was expecting them to be english speaking, no resturant on night or a real bar to speak of. Hotel was a bit away from anything really having to get a taxi to any normal bars or resturants Half decent chinese restuarant over the street about 100 yards that was it really had to book this last minute so my own fault really...

“Preisleistung in Ordnung”

Das Hotel hat einen einfachen Standard, ist aber für einfache Anforderungen klasse. Relativ neuwertige Zimmereinrichtung im IKEA-Stil aber auch nicht abgenutzt. Bspw. Guter Liegekomfort im Bett. Frühstück einfachst aber ausreichend. Zimmer relativ hellhörig aber in unserem Fall geringe Auslastung, daher nicht störend. Absoluter Bonus für Feierwillige in der Altstadt: Separater Nachteingang direkt in's Treppenhaus mit Nachtschlüssel. So kann man ohne zu stören schnell auf's Zimmer. Fazit: Einfach und absolut ausreichend für 1-2 Nächte! Gute Preisleistung.

“Zentrale Lage”

Zentrale Lage, max. zehn Min. zu Fuß und man ist an der Kö. Sauberes Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung. Frühstück ok, nichts großartiges. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen und beim nächsten Besuch würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.

“gerne wieder”

Die Lage des Hotels ist O.K. (zentral und ruhig). Das Frühstücks-Buffet war gut und reichlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und neu renoviert. Nettes Personal, sehr schnelle check-in und check-up. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte 100 %.

“Kundenbewertung”

1. Das Hotelzimmer war kalt, als ich eintraf (sehr unangenehm im Winter). 2. zu laut. Die Zimmer waren kaum abgedichtet. Der Strassenlärm war extrem laut. 3. zu Teuer. 4. Der Komfort für ein 3 Stern Hotel lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Gastfreundschaft, Ambiente, Einrichtung und der Komfort in Namibia in einem Zwei Stern Hotel war viel besser und das ist ein drit Welt Land mit einem Stern weniger. 5. Im Internet ist eine Sauna angegeben. Die kann man aber nicht nutzen. 6. Schwierig zu finden. 7. Das Morgenessen war OK.

“Russophone”

Bon hôtel sympa mais destiné à une clientèle russe ce qui pose un problème essentiel: réceptionniste venant d'Ukraine et parlant Russe, Allemand et à peine Anglais. D'où un certain inconvénient quand on ne parle pas Allemand. Sinon il est bien situé, propre. Le petit déjeuner et très en dessous de la moyenne.
