“Boutique hotel with superior service”

The staff at this hotel did whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were super clean, modern and recently remodeled. The train station and post office was about a 5 minute walk. The worlds most expensive shopping street and the worlds longest bar was about a 25 minute walk from the hotel. There is a grocery store next door to the hotel.

Other

On Sunday most businesses are closed. Germany uses cash not credit/debit cards. Alot of the restaurants /bars we went to would not take credit cards. Be careful with the paper money, if it gets torn you must go to a bank to exchange it, the merchants will not accept a torn paper bill.

“February/Carnival Break”

Great little hotel. Clean & tidy with modern design. Located short walk from main train station and an easy stroll from the main shopping area & Altstadt. Purely by accident found out our stay was the weekend before Rosen Montag (Rose Monday) & carnival was just starting. Had a great time.

Be aware the Pound Sterling & Euro exchange rate in Feb 2009 is not good. So budget accordingly.

“Hotel”

Ich war enttäuscht weil das Hotelzimmer nicht den Bildern entsprach, aber für eine Nacht ist das okay. Der Service im Hotel ist super und freundlich.

Area recommendations

Wir haben 2 sehr gute Restaurants besucht die ich empfehlen würde. Cha Cha und Naniwa Einen Besuch wert ist auch der Aquazoo.
