Grand Designs?

Having arrived at the hotel I was impressed by the grand driveway and overall appearance of the hotel, however, the inside did not reflect what the eye saw on the outside. very grubby, tatty decor etc. The walk to my room was similar, chipped paint and old/tatty carpets, not a good start. My room was clean and tidy, however, as the previous comment, tatty overall decor, old, tatty carpets and average bathroom. Not impressed at all. Would I use it again? Sorry, no, I would not. There are many other companies who can offer much better and at similar prices.

Good hotel

A very comfortable hotel, staff very helpful and pleasant. Well located for visiting places of interest.

Hotel looked old.

Hotel looked worn out, staff helpfull at front desk, other staff looked 'dirty' and rushed. Service was rushed and food over cooked.
