I arrived after midnight and found him as courteous and responsive as if it was the behinning of his day at work. I have resided at hotels all over the world and have not enjoyed a more pleasant and inviting reception than that which Michael delivered. "Overall an excellent experience. The room itself was very clean, the walk ways however were not. The room is the most important, but the broken glass by the stairs at the 3rd floor that housekeeping walked past for 3 of the 4 nights we stayed was bothersome. One of the beds in our double room was worn in heavily on one side so it leaned, and the power/charging strip built onto the night stand would have been a nice touch had it worked. We walked barefoot in our room and our feet stayed clean! The linens were very white, the bathroom was clean (just very small). Overall, our 4 night stay was very pleasant and we would absolutely stay again in the future!"

"Nice, clean and quiet hotel with up to date furnishings. Staff was very attentive to any missuses we had (one lightbulb was out, needed extra coffee) and addressed them promptly. Fairly convenient to the metro, about a 1/2 mile walk."
