This property is very dated, does not have room service or evening lunch or dining. They hotel is extremely limited in services - they are still blaming Covid.

It was wonderful, Lawang and his colleagues were amazing the only issue with this hotel is that it's so beautiful but extremely boring at the bar area. The breakfast was amazing! Humberto and his colleagues served us very well. Please something need to be done about the bar area, i advice a happy hour or some sort of social network creativity

Caffeine pods and Haribo a hit!
Wonderful access to restaurants and cafes downstairs so didn't need breakfast. The Haribo welcome service delighted the children and the adults! The room was a little dated and I would prefer a shower blind/curtain to shower in privacy when sharing the room. Coffee service in the room is great!

Ok room and breakfast, not so great bathroom
The room was overall good, which was to be expected since we paid for a superior room. However, it was just this side of Ok that I can't imagine what a regular room looks like. There were 2 major issues; The first being the bathroom: It was all modern and renovated with the shower having a clear glass pane that gives whomever is in the room a clear obligatory free show of the person taking a shower. There are no blinds to negate that option!!!! This might work for a couple but it is just plain awkward for other people. I had to keep telling my room mate to turn the other way as I was taking a shower, not a comfortable situation at all. The second issue: Is the chandelier (which I suppose is there as a tribute to being a superior room): If you are going to put a chandelier then put it over the fixed table where it can't cause any harm, not over the chair !!! Whenever you stand up your head hits the chandelier. Why put a chandelier in this place and with such a low ceiling is a mystery to me. The Breakfast was OK, not a lot of variety as the pre-COVID era, but acceptable. The hotel is within walking distance of 3 cafes if you don't want to pay for their breakfast. LOCATION: The hotel is at 2 small streets from the harbor. It is a 20 minute walk to the city center which is a lot. However we got the Dusseldorf card which means you can just walk 2 minutes and ride the rest of the way. The excellent transport system makes the hotel location acceptable.

room size was good and location was good, however the room service Food Menu was was very poor along with the quality of the Dishes on offer, which did not represent value for money. Was forced to eat out each day of my 6 Night Stay.

Bed divan was coffee stained. Sharp edges on décor. Tap surround was broken and full of limescale. Curtains were falling off of the rail. Blinds going up and down with no control from room blocking out natural daylight. No answer when calling for room service. No one at reception until summoned. The garage and lower levels smelled of urine/sewerage. Parking was very limited.

Great location to where we wanted to be near friends, really nice entry lobby and staff. Room was modern and a great size and layout with all the required amenities.

This property seems under staffed. We arrived late in the evening, slightly passed midnight. There was absolutely no one at the counter. When I call the hotel the phone was never diverted from the front-desk. We had to stand there for over half an hour before someone came out for the back room, he must have waken up from a nap or something. I don't think this is acceptable, especially for a business hotel. Otherwise everything is pretty standard. The hotel is basically surrounded by business parks.
