This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want to eat and not have to cook for yourself. I had a cheese omelette and a plate of fresh fruits and an oatmilk hot chocolate. The artwork was exquisite. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant. Very upscale clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, and you are right off Königstraße eith access to shops and a short walk to the altstadt. For those who enjoy fashion and a high end experience would recommend this hotel. Worth the price. Very friendly staff as well.

Amazing hotel, nice central location with everything in walking distance. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Facilities were first class. The only criticism I have is that they add a lobby charge to you bill.

The property was in an excellent location for really anything you would want. It can't be more central. The Hotel itself was great, the staff were very accommodating and spoke excellent English which was helpful to us. Cleanliness would be a 10 for me, the room was so spacious it felt like a suite and not a regular room and the amenities were brilliant too. If you're visiting Dusseldorf, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent from check-in to check-out! Clean, modern, luxurious hotel with great facilities. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. We had 2 superior rooms and both were great. The bathroom is lovely with good lighting. We didn’t have time to use the pool and gym as it was a short trip but heard it was very good. We will definitely return.

Wonderful hotel. Near everything, food, restaurants and shopping. Hotel restaurant food and drinks were excellent. Only complaint i could give is the TV not working and when it was they only offered 2 American channels. But i would definitely stay here again..
