Great hotel close to the main stion in Düsseldorf. Staff were really friendly and the check in process was extremely quick. Lots of dining opportunities close by and the the sights of Düsseldorf including the Altstadt are all easily walkable. You also get a free city ticket during your stay covering the whole VRR area, allowing you to use buses, trams and trains in the area. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

If you were looking to stay right next to the train station, this hotel is for you. It was a two minute walk, clean, welcoming, complimentary bottle of water in the room. Our bed had two duvets on it in case you are sharing a bed with your travel mate, but do not want to share the covers. I only saw the area around the bus station at night so I don't know what it's like during the day, but it looked a bit gritty. If you're staying in the city for a few days, you may want to be further away from the train station. But for convenience to the train station, it was perfect.

A bit dated quite probable the worst intercity that I have stayed in , ( normally the rooms are sound proofed these weren’t ) room was at the front of the hotel you could here the flag banging on the flag pole & every noise on the street !! The curtains were hanging off at both sides so didn’t black out either , all in all very disappointing

Clean hotel, friendly staff
Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. We had a room overlooking the street - quite noisy of a nighttime with trams passing by etc. Other than that a nice hotel

Sparkle has gone
I stay here around 3 or 4 times a year due to location. It's very close to the main station with a tram stop right outside. The connections are great. Unfortunately, every time I stay it feels like I notice more issues. The rooms are in need of modernisation. The bed was rock hard and pillow the complete opposite. The room had not been hoovered properly, leaving peanuts under the desk and hairs in the bathroom. However, The staff are always friendly and helpful and I can not fault them. Intercity just need to invest in this hotel!

Bra läge nära centralstationen för järnvägar och på gångavstånd till shopping i innerstaden. Mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Jag hade gett vistelse ett avsevärt högre betyg om det inte vore för de exceptionellt varma rummen. Hotellet har ingen fungerande AC som marknadsförs, utan det som ser ut som AC blåser bara in och runt varmt luft och är helt värdelöst ur nedkylningssynpunkt. Jag fick byta rum två gånger och problemet blev inte löst. Mina rum var som bastun och över 30 grader Celsius. Det gjorde det omöjligt att sova. Jag genomled tre nätter. Personalen gjorde sitt yttersta att hjälpa genom att erbjuda mig andra rum men problemet var deras icke fungerande AC-system.

En av de externa sensorerna i systemet var defekt, men har sedan dess reparerats så att luftkonditioneringen kan justeras individuellt igen. Vi strävar efter att erbjuda alla våra gäster en trevlig vistelse och ber om ursäkt om vi inte kunde uppfylla denna förväntan under din vistelse.
