Disappointing
View was directly into the staircase of the building next door, which happens, however, the hotel doesn't have any private area's in these room type, so you need to make sure the blinds are down, most of your time in the room. Also there's 2 sets of blinds, one electronic that doesn't go all the way to the bottom which means light is always coming in slightly at night. A couple of mornings for me were noisy from the room above, I called reception and was quite bluntly told they will send housekeeping and hung up on me mid sentence. Separately housekeeping came in without knocking twice, even with the do not disturb notification hanging outside. Overall, I'd choose a better 4*.

Did you spend the night alone?
Hotel was amazing , skybar and restaurant are experience for itself, it would have been one of the best experiences , if they would not ruin it at the end, when they asked me if I was sleeping alone ( if it was someone with me in the room). I was alone and that is probably pretty easy to see on the cameras or elsewhere... and when I asked why they have asked me that , I didn't really get an reply. Was super disappointed and will most likely not return.

The rooms are well equipped, clean and bright. The bar / restaurant on the top floor is great. Breakfast is delicious. A wide variety of food and drink to choose from.

Very confusing at first to figure out how to turn everything on and off at the beginning. Evanescence’s had to ask the front desk how to turn on the AC and even after they explained it to me, I still couldn’t get it turned on.

Without my knowledge l, I was checked in to someone else’s room. So ended up in a worse room than I had booked and problems on check out causing my to nearly miss my flight.

Very good hotel
A good hotel, a little way out of town but in a nice neighborhood. An excellent buffet breakfast along with a small gym and even smaller sauna. The staff are friendly and professional. I would stay here again.

Solid business hotel with desinterested staff
I styed there one night - the room is ok, the hotel is good for business meetings in Medienhafen. However, it is a bit far away from the city center.

Trendy hotel with modern rooms & panoramic sky bar
This hotel really exceeded my expectations for a 4-star in a business district - super trendy/artsy reception area, amazing sky bar with views & very modern/clean rooms. Some of our group were even upgraded to a Suite a Silver Members from Hotels.com - great surprise! Will be back...
