Really nice place. We were attending a trade show so it was a short ride to the convention Center Messe Dusseldorf, about 20 euros max. Super clean, staff were super friendly. Greeted at the end of each day with free beer and entrees. Nice touch after walking around all day. Restaurant Juliano was really good as well. Only had one meal there but it was delicious and the local beer they served was perfect. Don’t hesitate.

Great staff / check the air-conditioning
First 2 days the air-conditioning was out during hot weather. On the 3rd day it was fixed and it was smooth sailing. The staff is wonderful!!!!

Highway Robbery. They sold me a US to euro socket for 20 euros. I think this should just be free or at least a deposit system as a courtesy to weary travelers.

The rooms we're very hot even with the A/C on full, could not open the window ... Location is not good if you like to walk and explore but pretty close to airport. The restaurant " Julian's " was very good though

Excellent staff
During our 19 days here, we had to stay in 10 days in quarantäne and the staff was trying to do their best in these hard times. They served everything to our hotel room. I stay in hotel rooms at least 30 days per year. This is the most understanding and empathy building staff ever. I had a flat tyre on my wheelchair , the mechanic came to our door and fixed it. Imagine that.

Good transport into downtown Dusseldorf. Tram or buses. Staff will advise you. Good hotel for business meetings in area. Underground parking. Covid safe.

Feeling conned and disappointed!!!!!!
When I arrived for check in, the receptionist wanted to put a €40 holding deposit on my credit card to cover any expenses. That evening, I put a couple of drinks on my room and breakfast, th next morning, I expected this to be taken from my deposit and the balance returned to my card. Not the case, another €40 was taken on the morning of check out, together with the €35 I had put on my room with drinks and breakfast. I was told that €40 a day were put on my card and the expenses I had added to my room. My now €80 for two days in the hotel, (although less than a 24hr period would be credited back to my card in approximately 8 to 10 days......Un-negotiable and not acceptable. I will never allow this sort of scam, holding my money again. Its a disgrace. Not happy.

The property is located in the suburbs of Düsseldorf. The hotel is clean, the rooms are quite big and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is only 8min walking distance from the tram station.

Only 2 observations
The only 2 observarions I have are..... The internet was not stable and failed 3 out of 6 days I stayed, I managed to do some work those days but the internet failed a lot those days. In the case of the heating, it makes noises all the time, so it can become anoying while sleeping. In this case I am talking about room 516, all other amenities were really good, friendly staff, great breakfast, close to a train station, very good

Gave Away My Room Even Though It Was Paid For
At check in, they informed me they had no rooms left. Despite paying for my room three months ago, they were going to send me to another hotel and graciously offered to pay for my taxi to get there. After I expressed my disappointment at this “solution” they went back to the computer and “found” a suite which they could have put me in in the first place. I was there for four nights on business and found this experience very unpleasant. After I complained to Hotels.com, they apologized.

Beware of staff
Terrible staff and reception. They billed me twice for the same room and won’t take care of it. A week has past since emailing and calling them for help.

Fantastic !
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Nice big spacious well Maintained rooms, good beds & great breakfast ! Got the high floor room facing with city view . Very comfortable.

No room at the inn
No room at the inn, I arrived at 5:30pm to be told they did not have a room for me. They did put me in a taxi with a free bottle of Coke to take me to a cheaper hotel 15 minutes away. No money off my bill or a free future stay.
