Front desk reception was fabulous! The hotel was very upbeat, great for business people. Staff was excellent , especially front reception people very helpful and cheery! Excellent assistance and great attitudes.
Hotel corridors need better housekeeping--- corners in hallways dusty. Everything else good experience.
I was staying for a conference at the hotel, so was a no-brainer really. It's a little out of the way but is well served by taxis, and there are restaurants within walking distance. It works as a meeting venue - slightly out of the way to avoid disturbance but everything is on hand at the hotel.
Might be worth shopping around for a rate - I got a good quote from Expedia, much lower than the hotel website.
If you want to explore Düsseldorf there are probably better places to stay, and there are certainly cheaper options. But it does what it does very nicely indeed.

Stayed here when we went to watch Scotland play Germany.
Smart hotel and the staff are very friendly. We arrived at 10.30am so we weren't expecting to get in our room but the hotel staff changed us to a room that was available which was great. It meant we could leave our belongings securely and head off in to Dusseldorf.
There is a tram round the corner which will take you to the Altstadt or the Hauptbaunhof which is handy.
We didn't dine at the hotel but I'd certainly recommend it and would happily stay there again when I'm next in Dusseldorf.
