Stunning hotel
Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast and lovely staff! Bus from outside into Dubrovnik old Town really easy and incredible views everywhere!

The hotel is in a beautiful location and looks incredible. Our room had a seaview but was mostly blocked by large area of the terrace below, so seaview was minimal which was a bit disappointing. However, for what we paid, it was very good value for money. The cleanliness of the hotel need improving for a 5* hotel. The restaurant had drainpipes with water leaking, though not obvious. There were marks on the cups where we had breakfast. Considering people there are on holiday, the rooms where cleaned rather early (around 8.30). We signed 'do not disturb' on the door, the cleaners did not clean our rooms properly which was disappointing.

The facilities are excellent but what really made this a lovely stay was the welcoming attitude of the staff and their positivity and helpfulness. They were also very good with my daughter and responsive to whatever we needed. Gorgeous view, nice faculties, good food and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Mixed review for our stay, the room was lovely and well presented, however areas of the hotel is very dated and needs an update. The staff depending which area they worked in varied, for example the cleaning staff were fantastic, however the waiting staff not so good. The breakfast is a lovely spread however there seems to be too many tourists in a small area, for example I went in search for a pot of tea as we was waiting 5mins and no one had come over, I asked for a pot of tea only to be informed they had ran out of tea pots, in a 5* hotel that shouldn’t happen. Also I asked for some milk one morning to go with my tea and they just poured it straight into my empty cup around a 3rd full. The food available at the restaurants is expensive along with the drinks 8.50€ for a beer, however the portions are a good size. The hotel location is good for the sea however if you want to go to a decent restaurant it’s a taxi ride or 20min bus journey. On paper it looks fine but lots of areas to improve

Really nice hotel, everything you'd expect from 4 star hotel. It's in a great location to travel into the old town with the number 6 bus starting right outside the hotel. There's a really nice walk along the promenade as well that takes you into sunset beach. The buffet breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice to suit all needs. The best thing about the hotel are the views from the room. You have uninterrupted sea views which are just unmatched. Hopefully we will be returning next year.

Property was perfect. Beverages we found were quite expensive. Minor complaint was resolved very quickly by management. Remy was very professional and clearly puts the quests first she is a credit to the Valamar hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal and sits on the beautiful promenade which offers other picturesque hotels bars and restaurants. The sunsets at this location are stunning. We would highly recommend

Lovely hotel, great breakfast selection. Staff were friendly, efficient and really helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby with a bus outside the hotel to the old town and Lapad. Good facilities - sauna, pool, hot tub.

Hotel was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were fortunate to be given a room upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise. Hotel facilities were excellent, and all staff were very friendly giving the right balance between service and space to relax. Good location to visit the Old Town in Dubrovnik, with a very convenient and cheap bus option into Town, making it easy for trips or just to eat somewhere outside of the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Excellent Hotel
The property and facility were beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. My only complaint is that the shower had a foul odor the last day. a few rooms were affected. Overall, I will look forward to another stay in the future.

The bus stop outside the hotel was very helpful for getting into old town, it's also within walking distance of the shops/restaurants in Lapad. The V Level service is highly recommended. It definitely made our trip more special

Rooms are too old and outdated. Fan in the shower don’t work properly and pillows are old. Breakfast was excellent. Food at the beach bar wasn’t that great. I had hamburger there and it wasn’t good at all. Other than that everything was good.

This hotel was the perfect hotel to celebrate our honeymoon in Dubrovnik. The staff was so attentive and friendly they even left champagne in the room for us when we mentioned we were celebrating our honeymoon. We really could have not been treated any better. If you are thinking of booking this hotel DO IT! They really provided the best experience we could have asked for during our honeymoon!! So happy with this hotel!

Beautiful hotel. One of the very few hotels with a proper beach (not just rocks with stairs into the water). Bus stop is right across the resort. Nice dining options at the resort and within the walking distance. One thing to be aware of is that the hotels gym is way below expectations. Few older machinea and 1 set of dumbbells. This is the inly thing they need to upgrade.

If you like a modern spacious feel to your hotel this is the place for you. The staff were very friendly and hard working. Our deluxe room was beautiful with only one negative that there was a slight smell of drains when you went in. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. Access to the old city was easy by both bus and taxi.
