Superb hotel in fabulous location

Posted 19-Jul-2014
Pros: Everything about its appearance and staff efficiency and courtesy.
Cons: Lower bar prices and complimentary water in the rooms.
Location: Located 100 metres outside the old town walls it's excellent for bars and restaurants and 10-15 minutes walk from the little marina and Banje beach.
The hotel was superb from the location, staff in all departments, food and drink quality, room comfort/cleanliness and its facilities. From start to finish we were made to feel welcome, received good advice and the staff efficiency was marvellous. I'd have no hesitation in returning to this hotel. My only issue was the cost of drinks at the bar. These were high in my opinion but there are plenty of bars in the local vicinity if required.

Perfect Location, stunning hotel

Posted 18-Jul-2014
Pros: Excellent service and really friendly staff, all willing to go the extra mile to help out.
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
Location: Dubrovnik old town, need I say more!
What an amazing hotel, cannot find one fault. The staff are all so polite and helpful, the rooms all smartly decorated, with tea/coffee making facilities in the room and even a 'proper' hairdryer! I think there was every food possible available for breakfast, and the bar service was excellent too. It is perfectly situated for sightseeing in the old town, we could pop back during the day if necessary. Would recommend this hotel to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic hotel in great location.

Really cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Brilliant location in the old town. The staff from the minute we arrived until departure were the best I have ever encountered. They could not do enough for you and each one was so friendly and helpful. Fantastic training must go in the Hilton Dubrovenik as well as they ensure at breakfast there are loads of staff milling about to help you. The final comment is the breakfast is just unbelievably good. Amazing choice and sets you up for the day!

Wonderful staff except one... Really went out of their way to understand our needs & guide us appropriately. The front desk ( except for one lady) was exceptionally helpful as was everyone in concierge. Dining room staff outstanding

Best location to the Old Town

Stayed 3 days with my wife. Excellent location to the Old Town and great convenience for all excursion starts. The hotel staffs are knowledgable and supportive. Our room in the executive floor had great views and enjoyed executive lounge complimentary services.

Pros: The welcome from the staff was exceptional and the overall experience was something we will not forget for a long time.
Cons: possibly the addition of wifi in the rooms.
Location: This hotel could not be positioned more conveniently, it is 2 minutes walking distance form the main gate to the old town with outstanding views.
My wife and I spent four wonderful nights at this fantastic hotel, the people position and facilities were outstanding.

Dubrovnik Old Town Easily Accessible

Posted 17-Jun-2014
The hotel is very close to the Pile Gate - short walk - allowing easy exploration of Dubrovnik's Old Town. Dubrovnik itself is a jewel very much on a par with Venice, though no where near as expensive. Everyone should visit Dubrovnik for friendly locals and fine historic building.

Fabulous Hotel a short walk from the Old Town

Posted 04-Jun-2014
Pros: Clean, comfortable, close to the old town, excellent breakfast. The Executive Lounge was a great bonus.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Right by the Pile Gate entrance to the old town. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Good for accessing busses, which stopped right outside the hotel.
The Hotel and staff were excellent throughout our stay. The room was great overlooking the sea and fort. The staff were very friendly and decorated the bed with rose petals and left a complimentary bottle of champagne when they discovered it was our wedding anniversary.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic city.

Posted 02-Jun-2014
This hotel was perfect for our city break. It was about a minutes walk to Pile gate and straight into the old town. The staff were nothing short of brilliant. The service was outstanding. The airport shuttle bus stops at Pile Gate so the hotel is very easy to get to if you don't want to take a cab from the airport. If I ever return to Dubrovnik I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.
