Pros: Cleanliness
Location: The location could be better, it is a bit of a walk to the main bar/dining area.
Excellent meal in the hotel restaurant. The hotel bar is welcoming and has live music.

Nice but small

Posted 05-Aug-2014
It is a nice hotel, good indor swimimpool, close to the city and nice and quiet. However it was too small there is no space for anything so if you are traveling with lots of luggage ensure you will upgrade the room for a bigger one.

Good location with good pub food

Posted 29-Jun-2014
Good location with a reasonable price. Walking distance to hop-on/hop-off bus stop. Good pub with what may be the best fish and chips we had. Rooms were good but walls were thin and noisy exterior with the window open due to a hot room. I would stay there again if I was in Dublin.

Convenient location, good pool, good breakfast.

Posted 18-Jun-2014
Pros: The pool and the location. The chambermaid on floor 6. She was very good!
Cons: The internet connection. Hit and miss in the rooms even though they advertise it as being in all the rooms. We had to go down the lobby.
Location: Pubs, restaurants, grocery stores close by and a very easy walk to centre of the downtown, shopping etc.
We were given quiet rooms and our stay was very comfortable.

Good Value Hotel Not Far From Templebar

Posted 16-Jun-2014
Pros: Location, helpfulness of staff and cleanliness of rooms. The Spa and breakfast buffet were very good also.
Cons: Bar drinks prices were a bit expensive.
Location: Walkable to Templebar and the main shopping area on Grafton Street.
Was looking for a weekend break in a resonably priced hotel within walking distance of Templebar for a group of 6 people celebrating the wife's 30th birthday. The hotel reception, bar and rooms were nicely decorated and all kept very clean and tidy. The spa was a very welcome place to relax after a long evening / early morning in Templebar and was not busy at all even on a weekend. Local food establishments were convenient and catered for our needs before the evening was over. Would use this hotel again and definately recommend as the value for money seemed very good. Overall, the Camden Court ticked all of the right boxes and made Dublin very accessable without the need for many taxis or buses (especially as one of the group had a tendency to leave his mobile phone in taxis!) unless you wanted to brave the nearby Ghossst Tours bus.

Good location, adequate hotel, not cheap`

Posted 23-May-2014
Pros: Reasonably good location.
Cons: Maintenance on bathroom door lock.
We stayed here for two nights because it had been chosen as a rendezvous for a group we were joining. Getting there from the Airport was a bit of a problem - the Aircoach stop was a ten or fifteen minure walk from the hotel and we were not given good directions. The hotel is convenient to St. Stevens Green in what appears to be something of a student quarter and there are lots of casual restaurants nearby. The room was clean but smallish, with a queen or large double bed when we had been told it had a King size bed (not that it mattered to us). We were almost locked into the bathroom when the door handle did not fully disengage the latch. The breakfast buffet was good but fully priced at 13 euros.

girls weekend

Pros: see above.
Cons: Room little small. but got good deal so cant complain.
Location: We ate in Whitefriar Grill and food was delicious. Lots of trendy bars and restaurants all around. Location was very handy for town
Had a lovely time. it was a reunion with some old friends. Everyone raved about how nice the hotel was so I felt I'd made a good choice. Lovely lobby, spacious yet homely - decor really tasteful. Spent ages out there chatting. Bedroom very nice - color scheme gorgeous. Very happy we were in quiet room. Had bar food and it was excellent. Found staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely return. Well done!!

Great hotel in Dublin!

Posted 12-May-2014
Pros: Great location, good price, nice hotel.
Great location in the more southern part of Dublin. Easy to walk everywhere. The Bleeding Horse bar right in front of the hotel is a fun, convenient place to go for drinks. Lobby and bar/restaurant are great, rooms are clean and price was good. I would definitely stay there again!
