“Hotel For The Business Traveller”
This hotel was clearly built for the business traveller. The design of both the common areas and the rooms are beautiful. It caters to the business traveller who is there to stay 1 or 2 nights rather than the travelling family or tourist. There is no concierge who is well versed on good restaurants and places of interest. The front desk staff are not locals so are not familiar with the area enough to help guests with planning outings etc. I would recommend this hotel to the business man/woman who is looking for a modern, clean and comfortable hotel close to the city centre.
“Good hotel in good location.”
Exactly as expected. Booked a business room for two nights, it overlooked the courtyard and was very quuet, clean and well appointed. Only complaint was the lack of soap in the bathroom, one very small bar between two adults which was not replaced on the second day of our stay is not good enough.
“Good hotel, but very, very brown”
This is clearly a hotel focused on business travellers and whilst our weekend stay was perfectly comfortable (with probably the cleanest rooms and public areas we've seen in a hotel), the service was perfunctory and the atmosphere cold. Purely subjective, but the dark brown rooms (where almost everything is dark, dark brown) were a bit depressing and unwelcoming. To be fair, the hotel is in a convenient location with comfortable beds and good soundproofing in the rooms.
“Superb hotel”
This is a fantastic hotel and every member of staff was helpful, courteous and chatty. Brilliantly situated with only a few minutes walk to Temple Bar and Grafton Street. I would definitely stay again and have recommended it to all of my friends. Cannot fault it.
“Excellent hotel”
Great hotel, courteous and helpful staff, great restaurant located in hotel. Not too much surrounding the immediate area around the hotel but you will find restaurants, St Patricks Cathedral, and Temple Bar are within a 5 minute walk.
“Well located hotel”
I can't fault this hotel at all. It is well maintained, the rooms were clean, a good size and very comfortable. The hotel is located near to Dublin Castle, only a few streets and a few minutes walk from the Temple Bar area. Ideal for those looking for a central location but without all the noise of Temple Bar. The hotel staff were very helpful and obliging, managing to find us one room that we could check into (we'd booked two) on arrival at 09:15 in the morning. We didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on the food, but the bar prices were similar to those that you would pay in a Temple Bar pub and not extortionate like some hotels can be. I would book this hotel again if I went back to Dublin and would certainly recommend it to others.
“Excellent service”
Guest satisfaction is very important throughout this hotel, stafff courteous, pleasant and thoughtful. Hotel is very modern, furniture modern and I found limited shelves/ drawers in the room but good size closet. Room spacious, bed comfortable , bathroom spacious. Central location.
“Lovely, luxury hotel close to Grafton Street”
The Radisson Blu is a lovely, luxury hotel, only 5 mins from Grafton Street. There are lots of cool bars and restaurants on nearby South Great George's Street (we spent New Year's Eve in Hogans). The hotel restaurant and bar were so nice we stayed in one night for dinner and cocktails, which were delicious.
“We will definately go back to this hotel if in Dublin again!”
This hotel is just wonderful! The staff are so helpful and go out of their way for you, from the reception staff to the bar staff. Our room was incredible,it was a decent size and the bathroom was the best I have ever come across in a hotel. It was so good that I wanted to take it home with me! The shower will fit 2 of you in,there's a bath and lot's of mirror's for us girlies! The room was also very quiet and you couldn't hear anything outside of your room. I just loved this hotel and will definately return there if I find myself back in Dublin!
“Central to all things Dublin”
Hotel was modern and clean with staff very accomodating. They were available to address any of our questions. Value of hotel is due to it being walking distance to Temple Bar, Guinness Warehouse, ChristChurch, Saint Patrict's cathedral, and Dublin Castle. Grocery stores and other food outlets nearby.

Temple Bar - Dublin Castle, Dublin, Ireland: This small enclave by the river was developed into Dublins Cultural Quarter in the 1980s, and soon became the citys nightlife centre. Temple Bar is still devoted to eating, drinking, entertainment, and shopping. By day, its an arty alternative hangout; by night, groups of partying tourists make it a rowdier haunt. Near the famous Hapenny Bridge, Merchants Arch retains some of the areas atmosphere from a century or so ago.
