“I'm going back!!!”
Hotel was in good location - only 10 min walk to Temple Bar. The only downside was that a lot of the noise from outside could be heard clearly in our room - not good if you have kids. Overall, had a really good time and would definately stay there again.
“would go back”
Great location, lovely room, helpful, friendly staff. Happy hour in restaurant great value and at this time of year the big open fire was very welcome!!
“Lovely place to rest your head”
We went to Dublin with the intention of spending very little time in our Hotel room and that is what we did however this had nothing to do with the quality of the hotel. We arrived and checked in immediately. Room was nice, very clean, bed extremeley comfortable. Kettle, hairdryer, TV & iron all in working order. Checkout went just as smoothly. The hotel is right across from the bus station, this was very handy when we arrived in town on the airport bus. It does mean that even during the night there was quite a bit of traffic outside but it didn't affect our sleep. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night & the food was delicious. About 10 minute walk to Temple Bar from here and 5 minutes from the River Liffey.
“Very convenient”
Very convenient location situated adjacent to the central Bus Station and easy walking access to the centre of Dublin . A little noisy at night .
“Hotel Isaacs”
Great place to stay, really central, not too noisy, but the food was overpriced.....
“Good Location”
Great Location within the City. Especially convenient for its location to one of the drop off points for the Airport Link bus (Bus station accross the road from Hotel). Good buffet style Irish Breakfast available Happy Hour Pasta and Pizza dish provides good value, available between 17:30 - 19:30. Friendly and helpful reception staff - all in all a good Hotel at a reasonable price.
“Good hotel”
Good hotel in a good central location
“Good Hotel, Good Location”
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, looking after our luggage after an early arrival and putting into our room ready for our return. The breakfast was absolutely superb and set us up for the days sightseeing. The location of the hotel was good and all major attractions were within walking distance for most people. Our room overlooked the Plaza and as such we did have some noise at night from the adjacent bus station but it did not interfere with our sleep too much. We would not hesitate to use this hotel in the future.
“Good hotel with good location”
Stayed at the Isaacs Hotel for 1 night, a wednesday night, for my girlfriends birthday. The central bus station is almost opposite the hotel so just got the 747 for 6 Euro, couldn't be bothered to wait an hour for the free bus (check out the hotel's website). Main lobby was very nice and the restuarant looked nice although we didn't eat in it. Didn't bother with breakfast either instead walked down the road and picked up a coffee and bacon roll! Room was on the second floor. It was quiet and tidy enough. Could here voices from some cafe below and the odd rumble of the train going past... but didn't keep us awake!
“Good place to stay”
Great hotel location - short walk from O'Connell Street and Temple Bar. Perfect for catching the bus from the airport as the bus station is opposite. Outside of central areas enough to bring the price down but not too far to walk. Good basic hotel. Club downstairs was a little noisy on the Friday night (we were on the first floor). Breakfast is a little pricey and cheaper options are available if you decide to go out instead. Overall a good place to stay - I'd go back.
