"It was nice. The pillows were cheap, but everything was clean and the staff were friendly. We had been a little confused because we were charged 100 dollars for a deposit by the hotel, but also an additional 100 dollars from Expedia, which the staff didn’t help us with and only told us to contact them. I wish they helped a little!"
