“A pleasant place to stay.”

Some of the public areas of the hotel are a bit dated but our room was bright and modern with a lovely view across to Ireland's Eye. Hotel is up a long driveway from the main road but a shuttle service to the centre of Howth is provided and we didn't have to wait at all when we requested this.

“Für ein 3Sterne Hotel absolut positiv überrascht!”

Wir waren für nur 1 Nacht im Deer Park Hotel und sind nach Mitternacht angekommen. Der Check-in war absolut freundlich und super schnell, obwohl wir den Nachtportier rausklingeln mussten. Für ein 3Sterne Hotel muss ich sagen, war ich absolut positiv überrascht. das DoppelZimmer war gross - wir hatten noch ein Zusatzbett und ebenfalls einen Schreibtisch und Beistelltisch. Die Aussicht mit der wir am nächsten Morgen aufwachten war absolut gigantisch - direkter Blick auf den Golfcourse. und in der Ferne Meer und Dublin. am besten von allem, es war absolut ruhig. man hörte nichts während der Nacht. das Bad war rel. neu und ebenfalls geräumig. und sauber. das Hotel ist schon älter und die Einrichtung daher nicht mehr so ganz neu, aber wie gesagt - einen 3Sterne Standard trifft es auf alle Fälle. vermutlich hätte es mehr Sterne, wenn es renoviert würde. Schwimmbad, Fitness und Sauna haben wir nur von weitem gesehen, aber der Pool war sehr gross. Das Hotel liegt abseits auf dem Berg, daher fährt man am besten mit dem Auto ran.

Howth - sehr schöner Klippenrundgang um die ganze Halbinsel, kleiner Hafen.

“Deer Golf Park Hotel”

Das Hotel ist sehr schoen gelegen, der Golfcourse laesst auch fast keine Wuensche offen. Dafuer waren die Zimmernotduerftig. Keine Klimaanlage, kein Foen, nur regionales Fernsehprogramm, kein Radio und das Bad war in keinem schoenen Zustand (herausgeplatze Fugen, keine Abluft). Um das Haus wo die Tennisplaetze sind, stand Geruempel, das keine schoene Ansicht bietet. Kein Lift fuer Handycaps oder Kinderwaegen. Der Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft war dafuer wieder sehr gut und die Gegend und das Fischerdorf Howth sind sagenhaft schoen - die Anbindung nach Dublin sehr gut, schnell und unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine gute drei!

“Très belle hotel!”

Nous le recommendons vivement même si il est un peu loin du centre de Dublin. Très belle hôtel, très propre même si les chambres sont un peu viellottes! Cadre magnifique en plein nature!!!! Charme assuré à 50 mn du centre de Dublin!
