I did not even STAY there.. I was NOT TOLD that it had OUTDOOR ENTRANCES… the door lock was completely UNSAFE.. I left immediately to stay at the near by Hampton Inn… I lost $89 … but consider my SAFETY to be worth that! Sorry!!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The website pictures are not representative of what the property actually looks like. This is a much older hotel. The interior, in my room, was not clean. The walls were "puttied" from apparent years of abuse. The check in & check out ladies were very nice. They are the only reasons I didn't review as terrible all the way through.

New decorations were nice. First room given was smelly, smoke detector was broken, freezer in ice box iced, one of the lights did not work next to bed. Staff supervisor very friendly in changing our room. Second room given did not smell, was also nicely decorated, but there was no cover plate over one of the plug areas next to nightstand, the painting done around the toilet paper holder was sloppy, the bathroom seat was very noticeably old, the switches and switch plates were also noticeably old. Good attempt in upgrading, just need to have a quality compliance check list to ensure rooms meet the high quality in all areas you and the customer want and expect.

I requested to change from my first room, because the white bedspread looked like children with muddy feet had jumped up on it. My second room, the bedspread was also dirty. It look like they had installed some new electrical covers, and there was like sandpaper dust all over the top of the outlet plus the floor, there was scum in the bathtub. There was the same dead roach in the same corner for the four nights that I was there. The sheets were never changed during the entire time I was there, nor was the floor clean. I wore shoes the entire time I was there. I am not a high maintenance person, but this was truly unacceptable. I have pictures if you want to follow up with me.

Most accommodating staff allowed us to check in two hours early. Gave us a non smoking room on ground floor. Eco friendly floors rather than disguising carpet. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

The room was long over due for renovation. Smelled like those cakes of toilet disinfectant that you attached to the rim. Water never really got hot in shower. Parking lot needed brighter lighting. Staff was nice

Terrible, horrible room, dirty, unclean, smelly sheets and pillow, mattress cover under fitted sheet was bumpy, bumpy, could not smooth out the fitted sheet. The toilet seat was discolored, yellowish. The front desk girl who came to the room said, it is a normal wear and tear, and it is clean. Though I sprayed with Lysol, I will not sit on it. Tub had hairs and dirty marks, shower head was broken. I saw a small cockroach in shower room. The sofa was dirty. I sprayed entire room w/Lysol I bought near by Dollar store. I stayed in the room, because it was only one handicapped room, and I did not move to another room. I have pics of room. I will NEVER recommend this place. room.

My husband and I celebrated our 18th anniversary at this charming cottage. It was absolutely perfect! We’ve passed on this special place to all our friends and family. I would highly recommend staying in this enchanted little cottage!

The hotel address is WRONG on expedia specifically the Zip Code. The address on Expedia takes you to a completely different place (no-man's land). PLEASE FIX THE ADDRESS ON EXPEDIA. A trip down memory lane
Very comfortable bed. Clean, staff was friendly. Wish the pool wasn't closed, after a very hot day sightseeing we were looking forward to that. Took a quick drive into tiny Dublin. I had lived here as a child 55 years ago. Gosh, it melted my heart.
