“ideal place for those attending RDS events”
Very clean and hospitable. Only a five minute walk to the RDS Arena and about 10min taxi ride to town centre. Daytime staff very friendly. Night staff however weren't very helpful. Had a problem with the wi-fi as they gave me a code that was out of date by over a year and then left me on hold for around 20mins. I ended up putting the phone down as I needed to go to the RDS but upon my arrival back at the hotel I found a letter of apology and a new valid code so all was resolved. Overall a very nice hotel in a good friendly location.
“Overrated. Not pleased”
I was not pleased with this hotel at all. The rooms were nice but there was no room service, no WI-FI and the customer service rep did not accommodate me when i called to arrange for late checkout. He gave me so much attitude and told me to call back. I'm a guest and I'm paying lots of money and he couldnt handle my situation. I was not happy. It was not worth the money. It is well overpriced. The hotel is not 10 mins from the city centre walking distance like the clerk initially told me. I won't be staying here again.
“Great hotel”
A really comfortable hotel to stay in for your visit. About a 10 minute taxi ride to the centre of Dublin, which cost about 12 euros each way. I'd definitely stay here when visiting Dublin again.
“ok hotel”
ok hotel, reasonable location off of the train line, but room's air conditioning didn't work well. However, the manager did compensate with one night's dinner for us.

Hotel comodo con camere molto belle e molti servizi (supermercato aperto anche di domenica, bar, pub, parrucchiere) ma alcuni extra costano un po' cari; prima fra tutti la colazione. Non esattamente in centro (10-15 minuti a piedi). Molto comodi i bus della aircoach che ti caricano all'areoporto e ti scaricano esattamente di fronte all'hotel.
“bon séjour”
Hotel très sympa, avec un bon accueil et des locaux de qualité. Le bar est très convivial où il est agréable de boire une bonne guiness en compagnie d'irlandais accueillant. Le centre ville est accessible a pieds en comptant une bonne demi-heure de marche, mais un arret de bus se situe juste en face de l'hotel! Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
