The room itself was very nice, no real issue other than small bathroom and no facecloths being provided. The issue we had was that the walls are very thin, which led to being woken several times throughout the night. Other than this, the staff is very kind and friendly, and the bar/restaurant is great too.

Unfortunately we were woken from 1am to 5am with furniture moving in the room above. Also ordered balloons, banner and cake for a birthday but sadly really disappointed with 7 deflated balloons and banner, not in the colours requested.

It was adequate for a short stay. Conveniently close to tours and walkable location. Nothing was especially clean or well maintained. The sheets were stained, glassware dirty and no ventilation in the restroom. The staff were wonderful, polite and helpful. Overall it did the job but nothing special.

Beautiful hotel very modern. Cleanliness was 5 star. Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to all shops and attractions. Only negative was the coffee machine in the room didn’t work. Would stay here again

Great location - cute hotel but if you are a bigger person you may not like the size of the room/bathroom. We didn’t mind it at all - staff was helpful.

Were slow to give us our room as we had checked in at approx 12. But room wasn't ready until 3. And we had to push to get room. Disappointing. Other than that its a nice hotel close to all amenities

Bedrooms are on the small size with small double bed and tv in room kept getting bad interference and unwatchable at times but hotel was spotlessly clean. Also had to pay extra for parking at hotel. Parking should be free or added into cost jf your stay. Pay enough for stay without having to pay to park there also

Cassidy’s is the only hotel I stay at when I’m in Dublin which is a lot! The staff are the main reason I keep coming back. The location is perfect and the hotel it’s self is lovely

This hotel was lovely, comfortable and in a fantastic location. 10 minutes walk from everything you want to see with east bus and tour access. The rooms were standard and clean- with ample tea and coffee available. I did find that the walls were thin and the windows being old did allow a lot of traffic noise, but it was manageable. Staff were helpful. The breakfast had many options, including gluten free breads, but otherwise was just average. Overall, I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Dublin.

Absolutely lovely hotel the rooms were spotless very comfortable beds friendly staff nothing was to much trouble if you needed anything, definitely stay there again. Breakfast & restaurant food was excellent & plenty of choices.

Staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. We checked into our room to find water dripping from ceiling in the bathroom- they were immediately on it and upgraded us to a bigger room. So kind and helpful. The bar in the hotel was nice and cozy for a nightcap and the bartenders were great. The hotel was close enough to walk everywhere. The bed was a little hard but pillows were good. I would stay again for sure.

The staff at Cassidy's were wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. Close to restaurants and local transportation as well as the hop on hop off bus.
